CONSTITUTION OF INDIA.
164-2 GUJARAT GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, EX., 09-10-2026 [ PART IV-A 1. (1) These rules may be called the Gujarat, Horizontal Reservation for Ex-Agniveers for the employment on uniformed posts of direct recruitment in the subordinate service of the Police Department (Amendment) Rules, 2026.(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Gujarat, Horizontal Reservation for Ex-Agniveers for the employment on uniformed posts of direct recruitment in the subordinate services of the Police Department Rules, 2026, after rule 5, the following rule shall be inserted namely:-
"5A. Ex-Agniveers shall be exempted from Written Examination in the process of direct recruitment.".
