क्रमांक अथारिटी-2009/7130.— हरियाणा शहरी विकास प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 1977 (1977 का अधिनियम 13) की धारा 54 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राज्य सरकार द्वारा उनके यादी क्रमांक 1/19/2005-1 टी॰सी॰पी॰ दिनांक 18 जनवरी, 2008, यादी क्रमांक 1/19/2005-1 टी॰सी॰पी॰ दिनांक 16 सितम्बर, 2008 तथा यादी क्रमांक 1/12/90-1 टी॰सी॰पी॰ दिनांक 18 जनवरी, 2000 द्वारा सूचित राज्य सरकार के पूर्व अनुमोदन से, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा शहरी विकास प्राधिकरण, सेवा विनियम, 1989 को आगे संशोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाता है, अर्थात्ः- 1. (1) ये विनियम हरियाणा शहरी विकास प्राधिकरण सेवा (संशोधन), 2018 कहे जा सकते है।
(2) ये तुरन्त प्रभाव से लागू होंगे।
2. हरियाणा शहरी विकास प्राधिकरण सेवा विनियम, 1989 (जिसें, इसमें, इसके बाद उक्त विनियम कहा गया है) में, परिशिष्ट 'क' में-
I. प्रशासकीय विंग' शीर्ष के नीचे-
i. क्रम संख्या 4 (खाना नम्बर- 1, 2, 3, 4 व 5) तथा उसके सामने प्रविष्टियों के बाद, निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या तथा उसके सामने प्रविष्टियाँ रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्-

| ''4 | सहायक सम्पदा अधिकारी/ प्रशासकीय अधिकारी | i. मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से बी॰ई॰/बी॰टैक॰/एम॰बी॰ए॰ कम से कम 55 प्रतिषत अंकों सहित ii. पाठ्यक्रम में कम्पयूटर एप्लीकेषन की परीक्षा षामिल होनी चाहिए। iii. बी॰ई॰/बी॰टैक॰/एम॰बी॰ए॰ पूर्णकालिक पाठ्यक्रम में अध्ययन द्वारा प्राप्त की जानी होनी चाहिए न कि पार्ट टाईम एवं डिस्टैंस षिक्षा प्रोग्राम से। | नवनियुक्तिों से सहायक सम्पदा अधिकारी की पदोन्नति के लिए i. मान्यताप्राप्त विष्वविद्यालय से कम से कम 50 प्रतिषत अंको ं सहित स्नातक ii. 5 वर्ष का अधीक्षक या 7 वर्ष का उप-अधीक्षक के पद का अनुभव होना चाहिए। iii. लिखित परीक्षा निम्नलिखित विषयों में 40 प्रतिशत अंकों सहित पास करनी अनिवार्य होगी जोकि फीडर कॉडर में नहीं आतेः- (क) हरियाणा शहरी विकास प्राधिकरण अधिनियम (ख) हरियाणा शहरी विकास प्राधिकरण रेगुलेशन (ग) कन्जयूमर प्रोटैक्शन एक्ट (घ) कम्पयूटर एप्लीकेशन पी॰ पी॰एम॰ एवं एफ॰ए॰एस॰ में। वर्तमान कार्यरत कर्मचारियों की सहायक सम्पदा अधिकारी की पदोन्नति बारे प दोन्नति कोटा में मामले में संशोधित भर्ती (योग्यता आदि) केवल फीडर कैडर में नवनियुक्त व्यक्तियों के लिए लागू होंगे और मौजूदा भर्ती नियमों द्वारा नियंत्रित किया जाएगा। मौजूदा कर्मचारियों के लिए मौजूदा पदोन्नति नियम लागू होंगे। मौजूदा पदोन्नति नियम निम्न प्रकार से हैः- 5 वर्ष का अधीक्षक या 7 वर्ष का उप-अधीक्षक के पद का अनुभव होना चाहिए। | 12 पद सीधी भर्ती द्वारा एवं 09 पद पदोन्नति द्वारा वेतनमान रुपये 9300-34800 5400 ग्रेड पे में भरे जांएगे। |

The 14th March, 2018
No. Authority-2009/7130.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 54 of the Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran Act, 1977(Act 13 of 1977), the Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran with the previous approval of the State Government conveyed vide their memo No. 1/19/2005-ITCP, dated 12-08-2008, No. 1/19/2005-ITCP, dated 16.09.2008 and No. 1/12-90-ITCP, dated 18.01-2000, hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran Services Regulations, 1989, namely:-
1. These regulations may be called the Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran Services (Amendment) Regulations, 2009.
2. They shall come into force at once.
3. In the Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran Service Regulations, 1989(hereinafter called the said regulations), in Appendix 'B' under heading "ADMINISTRATIVE WING" column Nos. 1,2,3,4 & 5 for serial No. 4 and entries there against, the following serial number and entries there against shall be substituted, namely :-

Separate examination for the post of AEO will be conducted. | For Promotion of AEO of fresh appointees in the feeder cadre. (i) Graduation with atleast 50% marks from recognized university.
