संख्या 34/एस०टी०-2.- हरियाणा माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 का 19), की धारा 128 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा परिषद् की सिफारिषों पर, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा सरकार, आबकारी तथा कराधान विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 18/एसटी-2, दिनांक 25 जनवरी, 2018 को, उन बातों के सिवाए, जिन्हेंं ऐसे विखंडन से पूर्व किया गया है या जिनके करने का लोप किया गया है, विखंडित करते हैं।

Notification
The 15th March, 2018
No. 34/ST-2.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 128 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the Governor of Haryana on the recommendations of the Council, hereby rescinds the, Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No. 18/ST-2, dated the 25th January, 2018, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
