संख्या 14/81/2012-5 वि० ले०.— भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, पंजाब खजाना नियम तथा अनुपूरक खजाना नियम (वाल्यूम-1), हरियाणा राज्यार्थ, को आगे संषाधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात् :-
1. ये नियम पंजाब खजाना नियम तथा अनुपूरक खजाना (हरियाणा संषोधन) नियम, (वाल्यूम-1), 2018, कहे जा सकते हैं।
2. पंजाब खजाना नियम तथा अनुपूरक खजाना नियम (वाल्यूम-1) में, नियम 4.106 में, उप-नियम (1) में, "अप्रैल" शब्द के स्थान पर, "नवम्बर" शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा।

No. 14/81/2012-5 FA.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the provisio to article 309 of the Constitution of India the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules, further to amend the Punjab Treasury Rules and Subsidiary Treasury Rules, (Volume I), as applicable to the State of Haryana, namely:-
1. These rules may be called the Punjab Treasury Rules and Subsidiary Treasury (Haryana Amendment) Rules, (Volume I), 2018.
2. In the Punjab Treasury Rules and Subsidiary Treasury Rules, (Volume I), in rule 4.106 (1), for the word, "April" the word "November" shall be substituted.
