THE HARYANA CIVIL SERVICES (EXECUTIVE BRANCH) AND ALLIED SERVICES AND OTHER SERVICES COMMON/COMBINED EXAMINATION (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2018
AN
ACT
further to amend the Haryana Civil Services (Executive Branch) and Allied Services and Other Services Common/Combined Examination Act, 2002.
BE it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Haryana in the Sixty-ninth Year of the
Republic of India as follows:-
Short title.
1. This Act may be called the Haryana Civil Services (Executive Branch) and Allied Services and Other Services Common/Combined Examination (Amendment) Act, 2018.
2. In appendix A to the Haryana Civil Services (Executive Branch) and Allied Services and Other Services Common/Combined Examination Act, 2002,-
Amendment of Appendix A to Haryana Act 4 of 2002.
(i) in the entry against serial number 10, the sign "." existing at the end shall be omitted;
and
(ii) after serial number 10 and entry thereagainst, the following serial number and entry
thereagainst shall be added, namely:-
"11. Naib Tehsildar".
