संख्या का०आ० 21/पं० अ० 2/1958/धा० 34/2018.- पंजाब भाण्डागार अधिनियम, 1957 (1958 का अधिनियम 2), की धारा 34 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा हरियाणा सरकार, —षि तथा किसान कल्याण विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या का०आ० 19/पं०अ० 2/1958/धा० 34/2017, दिनांक 7 मार्च, 2017 के प्रतिनिर्देष से हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, पंजाब भाण्डागार नियम, 1958, हरियाणा राज्यार्थ को आगे संषोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्‌ः- 1. यह नियम पंजाब भाण्डागार (हरियाणा संषोधन) नियम, 2018 कहे जा सकते है ।

2. पंजाब भाण्डागार नियम, 1958 (जिन्हें, इसमें, इसके बाद, उक्त नियम कहा गया है) में, नियम 28 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित नियम प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्‌ :-

''28 (1) भाण्डागारिक, गेहूँ के सिवाय इन नियमों के परिषिष्ट क तथा ख में विनिर्दिष्ट सीमाओं में सूखने या सिकुड़ने के कारण वजन या मात्रा की कमी या नमी सोखने के कारण वजन या मात्रा की बढ़ोतरी के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं होगा ।(2) भाण्डागारिक राज्य सरकार/केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा नियत मानको के अनुसार राज्य खरीद ऐजंसियों द्वारा भाण्डागारों मे गेहूँ में बढ़ोतरी, जो खराब न हो, देगा । (3) गेहूँ की दषा में, सूखने के कारण कोई भी वजन या मात्रा की कमी अनुज्ञप्त नहीं होगी ''। 3. उक्त नियमों में, परिषिष्ट क तथा ख में, क्रम संख्या 3 तथा उसके सामने प्रविष्टियों का लोप कर दिया जाएगा । डॉ0 अभिलक्ष लिखी, प्रधान सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, कृषि तथा किसान कल्याण विभाग। 256 HARYANA GOVT. Notification

No. S.O. 21/P.A. 2/1958/S. 34/2018.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 34 of the Punjab Warehouses Act, 1957 (Punjab Act 2 of 1958), and with reference to Haryana Government, Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Department, notification No. S.O. 19/P.A. 2/1958/S. 34/2017, dated the 7th March, 2017, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Punjab Warehouses Rules, 1958, for their application in the State of Haryana, namely:-

1. These rules may be called the Punjab Warehouses (Haryana Amendment) Rules, 2018.

2. In the Punjab Warehouses Rules, 1958 ( hereinafter called the said rules), for Rules 28, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:-

"28 (1) The warehouseman shall not be responsible for the loss of weight or bulk by dryage or shrinkage or gain in weight or bulk by the absorption of moisture within the limits specified in Appendix A and Appendix B to these rules except in case of wheat.

(2) The warehouseman shall deliver gain in wheat kept in warehouses by the State procuring agencies in accordance with the norms fixed by the State Government / Central Government which shall not amount to deterioration.

(3) No loss of weight or bulk by driage shall be permitted in case of wheat."3. In the said rules, in appendix A and B, serial number 3 and entries there against shall be omitted. DR.
