संख्या 18/27/2018-3क1.— हरियाणा नगर पालिका अधिनियम, 1973 (1973 का अधिनियम 24) की धारा-9 की उप-धारा (2), धारा-10 की उप-धारा (1), (2), (3), (4), (7) व (8) व हरियाणा नगर पालिका वार्ड परिसीमन नियमावली, 1977 के नियम-7 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्या 18/27/2018-3क1, दिनांक 21 मार्च, 2018 के अनुसरण में तथा हरियाणा नगरपालिका वार्ड परिसीमन नियमावली, 1977 के नियम-10 के उपबन्धों के अधीन हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा सदस्यों के प्रयोजन के लिए 13 वार्डों में से नगर पालिका, जाखल मण्डी की सीटें निम्नलिखित रूप से आबंटित करते हैंः-
13 वार्डों में से 04 वार्ड क्रम संख्या 05, 06, 07 व 08 अनुसूचित जाति के लिये आरक्षित होंगे, जिनमें से वार्ड संख्या 05 व 07 अनुसूचित जाति की महिला के लिये आरक्षित होगा। वार्ड संख्या 01 व 09 पिछड़े वर्ग के लिये आरक्षित होेंगे तथा वार्ड संख्या 02, 12 व 13 महिलाओं के लिये आरक्षित होंगे।

No. 18/27/2018-3C1.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (2) of Section-9, Sub-section (1), (2), (3), (4), (7) and (8) of Section-10 of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973 (Act 24 of 1973) and Rule-7 of the Haryana Municipal Delimitation of Ward Rules, 1977, in continuation of the Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department Notification No. 18/27/2018-3C1, dated 21st March, 2018 and in pursuance of the provisions of Rule-10 of the Haryana Municipal Delimitation of Ward Rules, 1977, the Governor of Haryana hereby allots the seats of Municipal Committee, Jakhal Mandi amongst 13 wards for the purpose of election of members in the said municipality as follows:-
Out of 13 wards, 04 wards viz. ward numbers 05, 06, 07 and 08 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Scheduled Castes, out of which ward numbers 05 and 07 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Scheduled Castes Women, ward numbers 01 and 09 shall be reserved for members belonging to the Backward Classes and ward numbers 02, 12 and 13 shall be reserved for Women.
