संख्या 18/62/2018-3क1.— हरियाणा नगरपालिका वार्ड परिसीमन नियमावली, 1977 के नियम-9 के उपबन्धों के अनुसरण में तथा इस सम्बन्ध में पूर्व में जारी आदेषों/अधिसूचनाओं को निरस्त करते हुये, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा नगर पालिका, पूण्डरी, जिला - कैथल के वार्डों के परिसीमन हेतु निम्नलिखित प्रस्ताव उन व्यक्तियों की जानकारी हेतु प्रकाषित करते हैं, जिनको इससे प्रभावित होने की सम्भावना है।

इसके द्वारा नोटिस दिया जाता है कि इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाषन की तिथि से 10 दिन की अवधि समाप्ति पर या इसके पष्चात्‌ सरकार, ऐसे आक्षेपों अथवा सुझावों, यदि कोई हो, जो प्रधान सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग/महानिदेशक, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय हरियाणा, पंचकूला द्वारा उपायुक्त, कैथल के माध्यम से विनिर्दिष्ट अवधि की समाप्ति से पूर्व प्राप्त किए जायें, विचार करेगी।

सीमाओं की अनुसूची

वार्ड नं0 01 :- उस बिन्दू से आरम्भ होकर जहां पर पाई रोड पालिका की उत्तरी सीमा को काटती है, से चलते हुऐ पालिका की उत्तरी सीमा के साथ-2 हरदीप सिंह के मकान तक, उसके बाद दक्षिण की ओर श्रवण सिंगला के मकान तक, उसके बाद पष्चिम की ओर पवन के मकान तक, उसके बाद दक्षिण की ओर कैथली गेट स्कूल तक, इसके बाद पष्चिम की ओर इन्द्रा नगर कालोनी व हुडडा सैक्टर की बाउण्डरी के साथ-2 पाई रोड तक, इसके बाद पाई रोड को पार करते हुऐ षर्मा स्वीटस तक, इसके बाद पष्चिम की ओर वाटर वक्र्स तक, इसके बाद पष्चिम की ओर कृष्ण के मकान तक, इसके बाद पष्चिम की ओर सुभाष के मकान तक, इसके बाद दक्षिण की ओर चिमन के मकान तक, इसके बाद पष्चिम की ओर पालिका सीमा तक, इसके बाद उत्तर की ओर पालिका सीमा के साथ-2 पालिका की उत्तरी सीमा तक, इसके बाद पालिका सीमा के साथ-2 पूर्व की ओर पाई रोड तक, जोकि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दू है।

वार्ड नं0 02 :- उस बिन्दू से आरम्भ होकर जहां हुडडा व इन्द्रा नगर की बाउण्डरी पाई रोड पर मिलती है, से हुडडा व इन्द्रा नगर कालोनी की बाउण्डरी के साथ-2 प्राईमरी स्कूल के पूर्वी कोने तक, इसके बाद दक्षिण की ओर पुलिस चौंकी रोड तक, इसके बाद पष्चिम की ओर गवर्नमेन्ट सिनीयर सैकेण्डरी स्कूल तक, इसके बाद दक्षिण की ओर सत्ते के मकान व दुकानो तक, इसके बाद पष्चिम की ओर पाई रोड तक, इसके बाद पाई रोड को पार करते हुऐ, उत्तर की ओर सुरेष पण्डित के मकान तक, उसके बाद पष्चिम की ओर रोषन के मकान से हेते हुऐ सतपाल के मकान तक इसके बाद उत्तर की ओर भीम के मकान तक, इसके बाद पूर्व की ओर जागर पटवारी के मकान तक, इसके बाद पूर्व की ओर लछमन के मकान को पार करते हुऐ रवि वर्मा के मकान तक, इसके बाद पूर्व की ओर पाई रोड तक, इसके बाद पाई रोड को पार करते हुऐ उत्तर की ओर इन्द्रा नगर व हुडा की बाउण्डरी तक, जोकि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दू है।

No. 18/62/2018-3C1.— In pursuance of the provision of Rule-9 of the Haryana Municipal Delimitation of Wards Rules, 1977 and in supersession of all previous orders/notifications issued in this behalf, the Governor of Haryana hereby publish the following proposal for the delimitation of the wards of Municipal Committee, Pundri, District – Kaithal for information of the persons likely to be affected thereby.

Notice is hereby given that the proposal will be taken into consideration by the Government on or after the expiry of period of 10 days from the date of publication of this order in the official gazette, together with objection and suggestion, if any, which may be received by the Principal Secretary to Government Haryana, Urban Local Bodies Department/ Director, Urban Local Bodies, Haryana, Panchkula through Deputy Commissioner, Kaithal from any person in respect of the proposal before the expiry of the period so specified :-

Schedule of Boundaries
