In the Haryana Group D Employees (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2018 (Haryana Act No. 5 of 2018), published in the Haryana Government Gazette (Extraordinary), Legislative Supplement, Part-I, dated the 28th March, 2018,–
(i) At page 37, in sub-section (5) of section 9 on the last line of proviso for "and" read "any";
(ii) At page 42, First Schedule for "[see section 10 (1)]" read "[see section 9 (1)]";
(iii) At page 43, Second Schedule for "[see section 11 (1)]" read "[see section 10 (1)]";
