HARYANA ACT NO. 16 OF 2018
THE HARYANA MUNICIPAL STREET VENDORS
(PROTECTION OF LIVELIHOOD AND REGULATION OF
STREET VENDING) REPEAL ACT, 2018

ACT
further to amend the Haryana Municipal Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and
Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Haryana in the Sixty-ninth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
Short title.
1. This Act may be called the Haryana Municipal Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Repeal Act, 2018.
Repeal of Haryana Act 13 of 2014.
2. The Haryana Municipal Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014, is hereby repealed.
Saving.
3. Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the Act so repealed shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014 (Central Act 7 of 2014).
