संख्या 13/1/2018-3परि०(I).— मोटर यान अधिनियम, 1988 (1988 का केन्द्रीय अधिनियम 59), की धारा 68 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, गुरूग्राम महानगर विकास प्राधिकरण को इसकी अधिकारिता के भीतर, गुरूग्राम महानगर सिटी बस लिमिटेड द्वारा संचालित सिटी बस सेवाओं के संबंध मे गाड़ियों के मंजिल (Stage Carriage Permits) परमिट प्रदान करने हेतू मार्गों/क्षेत्रों को विनिर्दिष्ट करने, गाड़ियों के मंजिल परमिट (Stage Carriage Permits) जारी/प्रदान करने, समय सारणी, कर्मीदल का कार्य-समय तथा पार्किग स्थलों को विनिष्चित तथा जारी करने हेतू , शाक्तियों का प्रयोग करने तथा कर्तव्यों का निर्वहन करने के लिए प्रादेषिक परिवहन प्राधिकरण के रूप मे गठित करते हैं।

The 27th April, 2018
No. 13/1/2018-3T(I).— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 68 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (Central Act 59 of 1988), the Governor of Haryana hereby constitutes Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority as Regional Transport Authority within its jurisdiction to exercise the powers and discharge the duties to specify the routes/areas for the grant of Stage Carriage Permits, issue/grant of Stage Carriage Permits, deciding and issuance of time table, working hours of the crew and parking places with respect to the city bus services operated by Gurugram Metropolitan City Bus Limited.
