संख्या सा0का0नि0 29/संवि0/अनु0 309/2018.- भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा राजस्व विभाग मण्डलीय अधीनस्थ (ग्रुप-घ) सेवा नियम, 1995, को आगे संशोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्‌ :-

1. ये नियम हरियाणा राजस्व विभाग मण्डलीय अधीनस्थ (ग्रुप-घ) सेवा (संशोधन) नियम, 2018 कहे जा सकते हैं । 2. हरियाणा राजस्व विभाग मण्डलीय अधीनस्थ (ग्रुप-घ) सेवा नियम, 1995 (जिन्हें, इसमें, इसके बाद, उक्त नियम कहा गया है) में, नियम 5 में, ''पैंतीस वर्ष'' शब्दों के स्थान पर, ''बयालीस वर्ष'' शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किये जाएंगे । 3. उक्त नियमों में, नियम 14 में,-(i) उप नियम (1) मे,''1987'' अंकाें के स्थान पर, ''2016'' अंक प्रतिस्थापित किये जाएंगे ; तथा (ii) उप नियम (2) में, ''हरियाणा सिविल सेवा (दण्ड तथा अपील) नियम,1987 के नियम 9 के उप नियम (1) के खण्ड (ग) तथा खण्ड (घ)'' शब्दो, कोष्ठकों, चिह्‌नों तथा अंकों के स्थान पर, ''हरियाणा सिविल सेवा (दण्ड तथा अपील) नियम, 2016 के नियम 9 के खण्ड (ग) तथा खण्ड (घ)'' शब्द, कोष्ठक, चिह्‌न तथा अंक प्रतिस्थापित किये जाएंगे। केशनी आनंद अरोड़ा, अपर मुख्य सचिव तथा वित्तायुक्त, हरियाणा सरकार, राजस्व तथा आपदा प्रबन्धन विभाग । 422 HARYANA GOVT. No. G.S.R. 29/Const./Art. 309/2018.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Revenue Department Divisional (Group D) Service Rules, 1995, namely :-

1. These rules may be called the Haryana Revenue Department Divisional (Group D) Service (Amendment) Rules, 2018. 2. In the Haryana Revenue Department Divisional (Group D) Service Rules, 1995 (hereinafter called the said rules), in rule 5, for the words and sign "thirty-five", the words and sign "forty-two " shall be substituted. 3. In the said rules, in rule 14,-

(i) in sub- rule (I), for the figure "1987", the figure "2016" shall be substituted; and(ii) in sub-rule (2), for the words, brackets, figures and signs " clause (c) or clause (d) of sub-rule (I) rule 9 of the Haryana Civil Services (Punishment and Appeal)Rules, 1987", the words, brackets, figures and signs "clause (c) or clause (d) of rule 9 of the Haryana Civil Service (Punishment and Appeal) Rules, 2016" shall be substituted.
