अधिसूचना

दिनांक 30 अप्रैल, 2018

संख्या 18/84/2018-3क1.- हरियाणा नगर निगम वार्ड परिसिमन नियम, 1994 के नियम - 3, 7 व 9 के अनुसरण में तथा इस सम्बन्ध में पूर्व में जारी आदेषों/अधिसूचनाओं को निरस्त करते हुये, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा नगर निगम, यमुनानगर-जगाधरी, जिला-यमुनानगर के वार्डों के परिसीमन हेतु निम्नलिखित प्रस्ताव, इसके द्वारा उन व्यक्तियों की जानकारी हेतु प्रकाषित किया जाता है, जिनको इससे प्रभावित होने की सम्भावना है।

इसके द्वारा नोटिस दिया जाता है कि इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाषन की तिथि से 10 दिन की अवधि की समाप्ति पर या इसके पश्चात सरकार, ऐसे आक्षेपों अथवा सुझावों सहित, यदि कोई हो, जो प्रधान सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग/महानिदेषक, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय, हरियाणा, पंचकूला द्वारा उपायुक्त, यमुनानगर के माध्यम से किसी व्यक्ति से प्रस्ताव के सम्बन्ध में इस प्रकार के विनिर्दिष्ट अवधि की समाप्ति से पूर्व प्राप्त किए जायें, विचार करेगी।

No. 18/84/2018-3C1.— In pursuance of the provision of Rules 3, 7 and 9 of the Haryana Municipal Corporation Delimitation of Ward Rules, 1994 and in supersession of all previous orders/notifications issued in this behalf, the Governor of Haryana herby publish the following proposal for the delimitation of wards of Municipal Corporation, Yamuna Nagar-Jagadhri, District-Yamuna Nagar for information of the persons likely to be affected thereby.
