संख्या 3/11/2018-आर-ाा.— पंजाब गन्दी बस्ती क्षेत्र (सुधार तथा उन्मूलन) अधिनियम, 1961 (1961 का पंजाब अधिनियम 24) की धारा 40 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा पंजाब गन्दी बस्ती क्षेत्र (सुधार तथा उन्मूलन) नियम, 1962, हरियाणा राज्यार्थ, को आगे संषोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं अर्थात्-
1. ये नियम पंजाब गन्दी बस्ती क्षेत्र (सुधार तथा उन्मूलन) हरियाणा संषोधन नियम, 2018, कहे जा सकते हैं। 2. पंजाब गन्दी बस्ती क्षेत्र (सुधार तथा उन्मूलन) नियम, 1962 (जिन्हें, इसमें, इसके बाद, उक्त नियम कहा गया है) में, नियम 1 में ''पंजाब'' शब्द के स्थान पर, ''हरियाणा'' शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा।
3. उक्त नियमों में, नियम 7 में, उप-नियम 2 में ''दस रूपये'' शब्दों के स्थान पर, ''पचास रूपये'' शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे।
4. उक्त नियमों में, प्ररूप क में, अन्तिम पैरा में, ''छह प्रतिषत'' शब्दों के स्थान पर, ''दस प्रतिशत'' शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे।
5. उक्त नियमों में, प्ररूप ग में, अन्तिम पैरा तथा नीचे विद्यमान मोहर में, ''पंजाब'' शब्द के स्थान पर, ''हरियाणा'' शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा।

No. 3/11/2018-R-II.— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40 of the Punjab Slum Areas (Improvement and Clearance) Act, 1961 (Punjab Act 24 of 1961), the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules to further amend the Punjab Areas (Improvement and Clearance) Rules, 1962 in their application to the state of Haryana, namely:-
1. These rules may be called the Punjab Slum Areas (Improvement and Clearance) Haryana Amendment Rules, 2018.
2. In the Punjab Slum Areas (Improvement and Clearance) Rules, 1962 (hereinafter called the said rules), in rule 1, for the word "Punjab", the word "Haryana" shall be substituted.
3. In the said rules, in rule 7, in sub- rule (2), for the words "rupees ten", the words "fifty rupees" shall be substituted.
4. In the said rules, in Form A, for the words "six percent", the words "ten percent" shall be substituted.
5. In the said rules, in Form C, in the last para and stamp, for the word "Punjab", the word " Haryana" shall be substituted respectively.
