संख्या 46/1/2018 सि.कार्य.— भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा सिंचाई विभाग, परिमण्डल संवर्ग, कामगार स्थापना ग्रुप ग सेवा नियम, 2011 को आगे संषोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्ः-
1. ये नियम हरियाणा सिंचाई विभाग, परिमण्डल संवर्ग, कामगार स्थापना ग्रुप ग सेवा (संषोधन) नियम, 2018, कहे जा सकते हैं।
2. हरियाणा सिंचाई विभाग, परिमण्डल संवर्ग, कामगार स्थापना ग्रुप ग सेवा नियम, 2011 में, नियम 5 में, "चालीस वर्ष" शब्दों के स्थान पर, "बयालिस वर्ष" शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किये जाएंगे।

No. 46/1/2018-3IW.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Irrigation Department, Circle Cadre, Workmen Establishment Group C Service Rules, 2011 Namely:-
1. These rule may be called the Haryana Irrigation Department, Circle Cadre Workmen Establishment Group C Service (Amendment) Rules, 2018.
2. In the Haryana Irrigation Department, Circle Cadre, Workmen Establishment Group C Service Rules, 2011, in rule 5, for the word "forty", the words "forty-two" shall be substituted.
