क्रमांक 08/11/2018-1क-1.- नगर पालिका अधिनियम 1973 की धारा 137 में निहित प्रावधान के अनुसार सरकार द्वारा नगर पालिका, सोहना की 300.06 वर्ग गज भूमि खसरा नं0 534 को वार्ड नं0 2, नया वार्ड नं0 19 में गन्दे नाले के निर्माण के लिए भूमि अधिग्रहण करने का निर्णय लिया गया है। नगर पालिका अधिनियम 173 की धारा 138, 138ए, 139, 140 के अन्तर्गत उपरोक्त अधिग्रहित की गई भूमि के लिए मुआवजा राषि 6732/-रूपये प्रति वर्ग गज अर्थात 3,27,10,534/-रूपये प्रति एकड़ देने का भी निर्णय लिया गया है। अधिग्रहित की गई 300.06 वर्ग गज भूमि की कुल कीमत 20,23,639/-रूपये बनती हैं। सोहना में गन्दे नाले के निर्माण के लिए उपरोक्त अधिग्रहित की गई भूमि अन्य प्रयोग में नहीं लाई जायेगी।

Notification

No. 08/11/2018-1C-1.— In exercise of the power conferred by Section 137 of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973. It is, decided by the Government to acquire land measuring 300.06 Sq. yard of Khasra No. 534 of Municipal Committee, Sohna in public interest for construction of muddy water channel in ward No. 2, new ward No.19 of Sohna. It is, also decided under section 138, 138A, 139, 140 of Municipal Committee Act, 1973 to make payment of compensation of Rs. 6732/- per sq. yard i.e. Rs.3,27,10,534/- per acre for the acquired land. The total cost of land measuring 300.06 sq. yards will comes to Rs. 20,23,639/. The above land acquired for construction of muddy water channel shall not be used for any other purpose.
