संख्या 9/14/2017-1जे0जे0(1).— भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुये, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा राज्य अभियोजन विधिक (ग्रुप-ख) सेवा नियम, 2001, को आगे संषोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्‌ः-

1. ये नियम हरियाणा राज्य अभियोजन विधिक (ग्रुप-ख) सेवा (संषोधन) नियम, 2018, कहे जा सकते हैं। 2. हरियाणा राज्य अभियोजन विधिक (ग्रुप-ख) सेवा नियम, 2001 (जिन्हे, इसमें, इसके बाद, उक्त नियम कहा गया हैं) में, नियम 5 में, ''चालीस'' षब्द के स्थान पर, ''बयालीस'' षब्द प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा।

3. उक्त नियमों में, परिषिष्ट 'ख' में, क्रम संख्या 1 के सामने खाना 3 तथा 4 के नीचे, मद (iii) तथा क्रम संख्या 2 के सामने खाना 3 के नीचे, मद (iii) के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित मद प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी, अर्थात्‌ः-

"(iii) मैट्रिक स्तर तक या उच्चतर षिक्षा में हिन्दी/संस्कृत ।''।

Notification

The 18th May, 2018

No. 9/14/2017-1JJ(1).— In Exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana State Prosecution Legal (Group B) Service Rules, 2001, namely:-

1. These rules may be called the Haryana State Prosecution Legal (Group B) Service (Amendment) Rules, 2018.

2. In the Haryana State Prosecution Legal (Group B) Service Rules, 2001 (herein after called the said rules), in rule 5, for the word "forty", the words and sign "forty two" shall be substituted.

3. In the said rules, in Appendix B, under colums 3 and 4, against serial numbers 1 and 2, for them (iii) existing thrice the following the item shall be substituted, namely:-

"(iii) Hindi or Sanskrit upto Matric Standard.".
