दिनांक 25 मई, 2018
संख्या 7/12/2016-1जे0जे0(1).- सिविल प्रक्रिया संहिता, 1908 (1908 का केन्द्रीय अधिनियम 5), की धारा 2 के खण्ड (7) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, नीचे दी गई अनुसूची के खाना 2 में वर्णित अधिकारियों को उक्त संहिता की प्रथम अनुसूूची के आदेश XXVII के नियम 4 तथा आदेश XXXIII के नियम 6 में विनिर्दिष्ट कृत्यों सहित उक्त संहिता द्वारा अभिवक्त रूप से अधिरोपित सभी कृत्यों का पालन करने के लिए सम्पूर्ण हरियाणा राज्य के लिए उनकी अपनी-अपनी तैनाती के स्थानों पर ऐसे रूप में अपना कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तिथि से सरकारी प्लीडरों के रूप मे नियुक्त करते हैं, अर्थात्ः-

No. 7/12/2016-1JJ(1).— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub section(7) of Section 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, (Central Act 5 of 1908), the Governor of Haryana hereby appoints the following officers mentioned in column number 2 of the Schedule given below, to be Government Pleaders for the whole of the State of Haryana to perform all the functions expressly imposed by the said Code except the functions specified in rule 4 of Order XXVII and rule 6 of Order XXXIII of the First Schedule of the said Code, from the date of they join their duties as such at their respective places of posting, namely:-
