No. 89 Gaz.II/XXI.C.22.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 12 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice and Judges have been pleased to confer upon the following members of H.C.S. (JB), the powers of Chief Judicial Magistrate to be exercised within the District mentioned against their names with effect from the date of assuming the change :–
