No. 90 Gaz.II/XXI.C.22.— Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice and Judges have been pleased to confer all the powers of Special Judicial Magistrate (First Class) under Section 13 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, upon the following member of H.C.S. (JB) for holding Lok Adalats/Camp Courts in the Jails in the State of Haryana with effect from the date he starts holding such Lok Adalats/Camp Courts in the Jails till his posting as Secretary District Legal Services Authority, to be exercised within the District mentioned against his name :-
