No. HRB-UA-31(1)-2016/4330.— Consequent upon the request received from Prof. S. P. Bansal, Vice-Chancellor, Indira Gandhi University, Meerpur, Rewari, vide his letter dated 31.5.2018 & 6.6.2018, I, Prof. Kaptan Singh Solanki, Governor of Haryana and Chancellor of Indira Gandhi University, Meerpur, Rewari, hereby accept his resignation & relieve Prof. S. P. Bansal from the duties of Vice-Chancellor, Indira Gandhi University, Meerpur, Rewari and in exercise of the powers conferred upon me by Section 11(5) of Indira Gandhi University Meerpur Act, 2013, I, hereby order that Dr. Markanday Ahuja, Vice-Chancellor, Gurugram University, Gurugram, will perform the duties of the Vice-Chancellor of Indira Gandhi University, Meerpur, Rewari, with immediate effect, in addition to his present duties till further order.
