दिनांक 8 जून, 2018

नं० 2414.— चूंकि, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल यह अनुभव करते है कि भूमि सरकार द्वारा, सार्वजनिक प्रयोजन नामतः नथोर से बचेर रोड तहसील रानियां व जिला सिरसा के लिए अपेक्षित है, एतद्‌द्वारा घोषित किया जाता है कि नीचे विषिष्ट विवरण वर्णित मे भूमि उपरोक्त प्रयोजन के लिए अपेक्षित है। यद्यपि भूमि अभिग्रहण अधिनियम, 1894 निरस्त हो चुका है। परन्तु माननीय न्यायालय के आदेष 27.02.2015 के अनुसार भूमि अभिग्रहण एक्ट, 1894 के तहत भूमि अभिग्रहण की जानी है। यह घोषणा 1894 के भूमि अधिग्रहण अधिनियम की धारा 6के उपबंध के अधीन उन सबके लिए हैं, जिससे यह संबंधित हो और उक्त अधिनयम की धारा 7 के उपबंधो के अधीन भूमि अधिग्रहण कलैटर, लो०नि०वि० (भवन एवं मार्ग शाखा), हिसार एवं जिला राजस्व अधिकारी, सह भूमि अभिग्रहण कलैक्टर, सिरसा को पद द्वारा उक्त भूमि अधिग्रहण करने के लिए आदेष दिया जाता है।

भूमि के नक्षों का निरीक्षण, भूमि अधिग्रहण कलैक्टर, लो०नि०वि० (भवन व मार्ग शाखा), हिसार तथा कार्यकारी अभियंता, प्रांतीय मण्डल नं० 2, लो०नि०वि० (भवन व मार्ग शाखा), सिरसा के कार्यालय में किया जा सकता है।

Notification

The 8th June, 2018

No. 2414.— Whereas, the Governor of Haryana is satisfied that Land is needed by the Government, at Public expense, for purpose, namely, Constructing Nathore to Bacher road Sirsa Distt. in Teh. Rania. It is hereby declared that the land described in the specification below is required for the aforesaid purpose. Although the land acquisition Act, 1894 has been repealed but the Hon'able Court has ordered dated 27-02-2015 land to be acquired according to LA Act, 1894.

This declaration is made under the provision of Section 6 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, to all whom it may concern and under the provision of Section 7 of the said Act, the Land Acquisition Collector, Haryana, Public Works Department (Building and Road Branch), Hisar or District Revenue Officer cum-Land Acquisition Collector, Sirsa is hereby directed to take ordered for the acquisition of the said Land.

Plans of the Land may be inspected in the office of the Land Acquisition Cillector, Haryana, Public Works Department, (Building and Roads Branch), Hisar or Executive Engineer, Provincial Division No. 2, Public Works Department (Building and Roads Branch), Sirsa.
