संख्या 46/9/2018 सि० कार्य.- भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, पंजाब लोक निर्माण विभाग (सिंचाई षाखा) मुख्यालय लिपिकीय (राज्य सेवा श्रेणी III) नियम, 1965, हरियाणा राज्यार्थ को आगे संषोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्् :-
1 ये नियम पंजाब लोक निर्माण विभाग (सिंचाई षाखा) मुख्यालय लिपिकीय (राज्य सेवा श्रेणी III) हरियाणा संषोेधन नियम, 2018, कहे जा सकते हैं।
2 पंजाब लोक निर्माण विभाग (सिंचाई षाखा) मुख्यालय लिपिकीय (राज्य सेवा श्रेणी III) नियम, 1965 में, नियम 7 में, "27 वर्ष" अंकों तथा षब्द के स्थान पर, "बयालीस वर्ष" षब्द प्रतिस्थापित किये जाएंगे। HARYANA GOVT. GAZ., SEPT. 4, 2018 (BHDR. 13, 1940 SAKA) [PART I 1680

No. 46/9/2018-3I W.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Punjab Public Works Department (Irrigation Branch) Head Office, Clerical (State Service Class-III), Rules, 1965, as applicable to the State of Haryana, namely:-
1 These rules may be called the Punjab Public Works Department (Irrigation Branch) Head Office, Clerical (State Service Class-III), Haryana Amendment Rules, 2018.
2 In the Punjab Public Works Department (Irrigation Branch) Head Office, Clerical (State Service Class-III) Rules, 1965, in rule 7, for the figure "27", the words and sign "forty-two" shall be substituted.
