No. 1339-Agri.II (5)-2018/8522.— The Governor of Haryana is pleased constitute Project Analysis Committee at District Level and Project Analysis Committee at State Level for analysis of Detailed project Report (DPR) under Crop Development Programme in Haryana State with following compositions:

1. Project Analysis Committee at District Level

1. Additional Deputy Commissioner

: Chairman

2. Secretary, HSAMB (dist. Concerned)

: Member

3. District Manager ,NABAED

: Member

4. Deputy Director Horticulture : Member

5. Deputy Director Agriculture

: Member

6. Representative of concerned bank

: Member

who sanction loan for project

7. District Manager Lead bank

: Member

8. District Horticulture Officer

: Member

Terms of Reference (TOR)

i. Above committee will examine and analyze the Detailed Project Report (DPR) at District level.

ii. This committee will accord its approval for submission of DPR to Managing Director. Executive Committee of Small Farmers Agri-Business Consortium Haryana (SFACH).

i. The representative member shall not be below the rank of Assistant Director

ii. Above committee will examine and analyze the Detailed Project Report (DPR) at state level.

iii. This committee will accord its approval for submission of DPR to Executive Committee for final approval

iv. The tenure of committee will be three years.
