संख्या सा0का0नि0 38/संवि0/अनु0 309/2018.— भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा आबकारी तथा कराधान निरीक्षणालय (राज्य सेवा, वर्ग ााा) नियम, 1969, को आगे संशोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्‌ :-

1. ये नियम हरियाणा आबकारी तथा कराधान निरीक्षणालय (राज्य सेवा, वर्ग III) (संशोधन) नियम, 2018, कहे जा सकते है।2. हरियाणा आबकारी तथा कराधान निरीक्षणालय (राज्य सेवा, वर्ग III) नियम, 1969 मेें, नियम 7 में, "27 वर्ष" अंकों तथा शब्द के स्थान पर, "बयालीस वर्ष" शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किये जाएंगे। संजीव कौशल, अपर मुख्य सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, आबकारी तथा कराधान विभाग। 490 HARYANA GOVT. No. G.S.R. 38/Const./Art.309/2018.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Excise and Taxation Inspectorate (State Service, Class III) Service Rules, 1969, namely :-

1. These rules may be called Haryana Excise and Taxation Inspectorate (State Service, Class III), (Amendment) Rules 2018.
