Notification
The 15th June, 2018
No. 664-Agri. Sec.-(3)-2018/ 8613.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 14 of the Haryana Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1961 and all other powers enabling him in this behalf the Governor of Haryana is pleased to remove Shri Rajesh Kumar S/o Shri Dharam Singh, VPO-Pai, Kaithal from the membership of the Market Committee, Pai with immediate effect.
2. Further in exercise of powers conferred by sub section 1 of section 17 of the Haryana Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1961. The Governor of Haryana is pleased to appoint Sh. Randhir Singh S/o Shri Bharat Singh, R/o Dassu Patti, VPO-Pai, Kaithal as Producer Member of Market Committee, Pai in place of Shri Rajesh Kumar S/o Shri Dharam Singh, VPO-Pai, Kaithal.
3. The appointment as a producer will be subject to the conditions that the term of office shall expire on the same date as the term of the office of the vacating member would have expired had the latter held office for the full period allowed under section 14.

Sec.-(3)-2018/ 8616.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 16 of the Haryana Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1961 and all other powers enabling him in his behalf, the Governor of Haryana in continuation of this department notification 1432 Agri. Sec.(3)-2017/18562 dated 24th November, 2017 and 664-Agri.Sec.-(3)-2018/8613 dated 15.06.2018 hereby appoints/nominates the following members as Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the Market Committee, Pai :-
