सं0 13/1/2018-3परि (1).- मोटर यान अधिनियम, 1988 (1988 का अधिनियम 59) की धारा 68 की उप-धारा (1) तथा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा हरियाणा सरकार, परिवहन विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या एस0ओ0 87/सी0ए0 59/1988/एस0 68/2010 दिनांक 17.08.2010 में निम्नलिखित संषोधन करते हैं, अर्थात्‌ः-

संषोधन

1. हरियाणा सरकार, परिवहन विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या एस0ओ0 87/सी0ए0 59/1988/एस0 68/2010 दिनांक 17.08. 2010 में तालिका में क्रम संख्या 21 के बाद निम्नलिखित प्रविष्ट की जाएगीः-

2. उक्त तालिका के नीचे, निम्नलिखित परन्तुक जोड़ा जाएगाः-

परन्तु गुरूग्राम महानगर विकास प्राधिकरण अपनी अधिकारिता के भीतर, गुरूग्राम महानगर सिटी बस लिमिटेड द्वारा राज्य परिवहन प्राधिकरण के तौर पर संचालित बाहरी बस सेवाओं के सम्बन्ध में गाड़ियों के मंजिली परमिट प्रदान करने हेतू मार्गों/क्षेत्रों को विनिर्दिष्ट करने, गाड़ियों के मंजिली परमिट जारी/प्रदान करने, समय सारणी, कर्मीदल का कार्य समय तथा पार्किंग स्थलों को विनिष्चित करने हेतू, शक्तियों का प्रयोग करने तथा कर्तव्यों का निर्वहन करने के लिए प्रादेषिक परिवहन प्राधिकरण के रूप में कार्य करेगा।धनपत सिंह, अपर मुख्य सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, परिवहन विभाग। (2104) HARYANA GOVT. No. 13/1/2018-3T(I).–In exercise of the powers conferred by the Sub-section (1) and Sub-section (2) of Section 68 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (Central Act 59 of 1988), the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following amendment in the Haryana Government, Transport Department, Notification No. S.O. 87/C.A.59/1988/ S.68/2010 dated 17.08.2010, namely:-

(i) In the Haryana Government, Transport Department, Notification No. S.O. 87/C.A. 59/1988/S. 68/2010 dated 17.08.2010 in the table under serial number 21, the following entries shall be made namely:-

(ii) Below the said table, the following proviso shall be added:-

Provided that Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority shall act as Regional Transport Authority within its jurisdiction to exercise the powers and discharge the duties to specify the routes/areas for the grant of Stage Carriage Permits, issue/grant of stage carriage permits, deciding and issuance of time table, working hours of the crew, and parking places with respect to the City Bus Services operated by Gurugram Metropolitan City Bus Limited being a State Transport Undertaking.
