Subject:- Procedure for admission to MBBS/BDS courses in Government/Government Aided/Private Medical and Dental Educational Institutions including those under SGT University, Budhera, Gurugram (Private University) for Academic Session 2018-19.

In continuation to the Haryana Government Notification issued vide No. 16/12/2018-6HB-IV dated 15.06.2018, the following amendments are made-

• Point No. 7(i) may be read as:

After commencement of UG Courses if a candidate having joined the course leaves it before completion of full period:-

(i) He/She will have to pay the Bond Money Rs.5,00,000/- (Rs. Five Lakhs only) for UG Course for which Bond shall be executed at the time of admission.

The candidates at the time of admission will be required to execute a bond with two sureties (on non- judicial stamp duly attested by 1st Class Magistrate) that he/she will not leave the course before completion. In case, any one leaves the course after commencement he/she will pay Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rs. Five Lakhs Only) to the Institution concerned. The Institution reserves the right to recover such money from the defaulters as per due procedure. The Performa of the agreement is given in Annexure 'I'. The same shall be applicable for the candidates taking admission under Management Category also.

The Fee will be payable on annual basis and the institutes shall not insist upon the candidates to deposit fee for the entire course in advance.

The fee for the first year course shall be deposited by the successful candidates in the shape of demand draft payable to Registrar, Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak. The fee shall be transferred to the respective institutions by the Chairman, Admission Committee after completion of the admission process.

The fee shall be refunded/adjusted if the candidate is shifted from one institute to another be it Private to Government or Private to Private Institute in the subsequent counselling. In case of request for withdrawal of admission by a candidate after the last date of admission, the fee shall not be refundable to the candidate except on account of death or serious mental illness/serious grievous physical injury.

The candidate seeking admission in private colleges only can be allowed to deposit part fee (50%) at the time of counselling, however, the remaining fee will have to be deposited by the candidates to the institution before the last date of admission.

• The annexure 'A' pertaining to tentative seat distribution of MBBS/BDS course in various Government/Government aided/Private Medical/Dental Institutes including those running under SGT University, Budhera, Gurugram is revised and attached at Annexure II.

• The fee of MBBS/BDS courses running under SGT University, Budhera Gurugram (Private University) is annexed at Annexure III.

The University will have right to recover such money from the defaulter/defaulters/sureties in accordance with the law of the land. Annexure-II Tentative Seat Matrix for admission to MBBS/BDS courses - Session 2018-19 in Govt./ Govt. Aided Medical/ Dental Institutions.

* Subject to the final approval from Govt. of India, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, New Delhi and State Government.

# Horizontal reservation for ESM/ dependents of FF (Freedom Fighter)

$ Permission for admission to only 50 seats has been granted by Medical Council of India in MAMC, Agroha.

Note:-

1. The distribution of seats may vary depending upon the sanction/decision of the Govt. of India/MCI/DCI/State Government/Affiliating University.

2. Roster shall be maintained for allotment of seats under Reservation.

3. Final number and distribution of seats under each category in each Institute shall be available on the authorized web portal for admission and the website of Pt. BD Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak.

Tentative category wise distribution of 50% State Quota (Open Merit Seats) for admission to MBBS/BDS Course (as per State Reservation Policy) and 50% Management Quota Seats for Academic Session 2018-19 in Private Medical/Dental Colleges.

$ Admission for Academic Session 2018-19 is provisionsal and is subject to final outcome of the writ petition No. 13366 of 2018 pending in Hon'ble Punjab and Haryana High Court.

* Subject to the final approval from Govt. of India, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, New Delhi/MCI/DCI/Affiliating University and State Government.

# Horizontal reservation for ESM/ dependents of FF (Freedom Fighter) $ Admissions will be made under Pt. B.D Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak or PDM University, Bhadurgarh, Jhajjar subject to outcome of the final writ petition in CWP No. 5899 of 2018 titled as the "PDM University & Ors. V/s State of Haryana & Ors.

Tentative Seat Matrix of Medical/Dental College running under SGT University, Budhera, Gurugram

Permission of Government of India, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare/MCI for increase of seats from 100 to 150 in SGT Medical College & Research Institute, Budhera, Gurugram has not been received as yet.
