संख्या 61/जीएसटी-2.- हरियाणा माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 का 19) की धारा 11 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना लोकहित में आवश्यक है, परिषद् की सिफारिशों पर हरियाणा सरकार, आबकारी तथा कराधान विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 42/एसटी-2, दिनांक 30 जून, 2017 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात्ः-
संशोधन
हरियाणा सरकार, आबकारी तथा कराधान विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 42/एसटी-2, दिनांक 30 जून, 2017 में, ''30 जून, 2018'' अंकों, शब्द और चिह्न के स्थान पर, ''30 सितम्बर, 2018'' अंक, शब्द और चिह्न प्रतिस्थापित किये जाएंगे।

The 29th June, 2018
No. 61 /GST-2.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 11 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the Governor of Haryana, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment in the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No. 42/ST-2, dated the 30th June, 2017, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No. 42/ST-2, dated the 30th June, 2017, for the figures, letters, words and sign, "30th day of June, 2018", the figures, letters, words and sign, "30th day of September, 2018" shall be substituted.
