संख्या 18/127/2018-3क1.- हरियाणा नगर पालिका अधिनियम, 1973 (1973 का अधिनियम 24) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदान की गई षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा नीचे दी गई अनुसूचि में विनिर्दिष्ट स्थानीय क्षेत्र को जिला- सोनीपत में नगर पालिका, कुण्डली के नाम से एक नगर पालिका घोषित करने का प्रस्ताव करते हैं।
इसके द्वारा नोटिस दिया जाता है कि इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाषन की तिथि से छः सप्ताह की समाप्ति पर ऐसे आक्षेपों या सुझावों सहित, जो उक्त धारा की उपधारा (5) द्वारा यथा अपेक्षित इस प्रारूप अधिसूचना के सम्बन्ध में किसी व्यक्ति से उपायुक्त, सोनीपत के माध्यम से प्रधान सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग द्वारा प्राप्त किये जायें, पर विचार किया जाएगा।
सीमा की अनूसूची
उत्तर :- सरहदा देहहजा नाथूपर नांगल कलां व रवेन्यू स्टेट कुण्डली के किला नं० 1/8 मिन के उत्तर-पष्चिम कोण से आरम्भ होकर किला नं० 1/8 मिन मुस्तिल नं० 1 के उत्तर-पष्चिम कोण से किला नं० 1/8 मिन, 1/7 मिन की उत्तरी भुजा के साथ-2 पूर्व की तरफ किला नं० 1/7 मिन के उत्तरी पूर्वी कोण तक, जोकि जी.टी. रोड की पष्चिमी साईड पर मिलती है। तत्पष्चात जी.टी. रोड को पार करके किला नं० 2/20 के उत्तर पष्चिम कोण तक। तत्पष्चात किला नं० 2/20 के उत्तरी-पष्चिमी कोण से आरम्भ होकर पूर्व की तरफ किला नं० 2/19-23-24, 6/4-5 मिन, 5/1-9-8 मिन की उत्तरी भुजा के साथ-2 चलकर किला नं० 5/13 के उतरी पूर्वी कोण तक। तत्पष्चात नांगल कलां रोड को पार करते हुए रवेन्यू स्टेट कुण्डली के किला नं० 5/14 के उत्तरी पष्चिमी कोण तक जाती है। तत्पष्चात किला नं० 5/14-15 मिन, 4/11मिन-20-19-18-17-25 की उत्तरी भुजा के साथ-2 चलकर किला नं० 4/25 के उत्तरी पूर्वी कोण तक जहाँ यह रवेन्यू रास्ते पर मिलती है। तत्पष्चात रवेन्यू रास्ते को पार करके किला नं० 3/21 के उत्तरी पष्चिमी कोण तक जाती है। तत्पष्चात किला नं० 3/21 के उत्तरी पष्चिमी कोण से आरम्भ होकर पूर्व की तरफ किला नं० 3/21-22-23, 15/4-5, 16/10-9-8-13-14-16 की उत्तरी भुजा के साथ-2 किला नं० 7/21 के उत्तरी पष्चिमी कोण तक, जहाँ यह सरहदा देहहजा नांगल कलां सेरसा व रवेन्यू स्टेट कुण्डली से मिलती है। पूर्व :- सरहदा गांव नांगल कलां, सेरसा व रवेन्यू स्टेट कुण्डली के किला नं० 17/21 के उत्तर पष्चिमी कोण से आरम्भ होकर किला नं० 17/21, 18/2-9-8 मिन की पूर्वी भुजा के साथ-2 आबादी देह गढ़ी कुण्डली गांव के किला नं० 18/17 के कोण तक जाती है। तत्पष्चात किला नं० 18/17 के उत्तर-पूर्वी कोण से आरम्भ होकर दक्षिण की ओर किला नं० 18/17-24, 36/5-6-15, 37/20-21, 38/1-10-9-12-19-22 व 59/1-10-11-20-21 की पूर्वी भुजा के साथ-2 चलकर किला नं० 21 के दक्षिण पूर्वी कोण तक। तत्पष्चात किला नं० 21 के दक्षिण पूर्वी कोण से आरम्भ होकर किला नं० 60/1 मिन, 6/5-6-7-14-20-19-20-21 मिन, 80/1 मिन, 81/5 के दक्षिणी भुजा के साथ-साथ चलकर किला नं०

(EXTRA.), JULY 2, 2018 (ASAR. 11, 1940 SAKA) 2195 81/5 के दक्षिण पष्चिमी कोण तक। पुनः किला नं० 81/5 से दक्षिण की तरफ चलते हुए किला नं० 81/6 मिन/7 मिन, 15 मिन-16-25 मिन, 83/5-6-15-16-25, 95/5, 6, 15, 16 के पूर्वी भुजा के साथ-2 चलकर सरहदा देहहजा सेरसा सिंघु व रवेन्यू स्टेट कुण्डली तक जाती है। दक्षिण :- गाँव सेरसा, सिंघू व रवेन्यू स्टेट कुण्डली के सरहदा से किला नं० 95/16 की दक्षिणी भुजा से चलकर इसी किला नं० 95/16 के दक्षिणी पष्चिमी कोण तक, जहाँ पद जाटी कलां रोड के साथ जाकर मिलती है। तत्पष्चात जाटी कलां रोड के साथ जाकर मिलती है। तत्पष्चात जाटी कलां रोड को पार करते हुए किला नं० 95/24-23, 96/3-9-10 व 97/15-14-18-19-20 के दक्षिणी भुजा के साथ चलकर किला नं० 98/25 के उत्तर पूर्वी कोण तक। पुनः किला नं० 98/25 के उत्तरी पूर्वी कोण से दक्षिण की ओर चलते हुए किला नं० 98/25, 102/5-6 मिन के पूर्वी भुजा के साथ-2 जी. टी. रो़ड़ के पूर्वी साईड तक। तत्पष्चात जी.टी. रोड को पार करते हुए किला नं० 102/17 के दक्षिणी पूर्वी कोण तक। तत्पष्चात किला नं० 102/17 के दक्षिणी पूर्वी कोण से आरम्भ होकर पष्चिम की तरफ किला नं० 102/17-18 की दक्षिणी भुजा के साथ-2 किला नं० 102/18 के दक्षिणी पष्चिमी कोण तक। जहाँ सेड्रेन नं० 6 की पष्चिमी भुजा पर मिलती है। तत्पष्चात डे्रन नं० 6 को पार करके किला नं० 102/19 के दक्षिणी पूर्वी कोण तक। तत्पष्चात किला नं० 102/19 के दक्षिणी पूर्वी कोण से आरम्भ होकर किला नं० 102/19-20, 101/16-14 की दक्षिणी भुजा के साथ-2 कुण्डली रवेन्यू स्टेट के किला नं० 101/14 के दक्षिणी पष्चिमी कोण तक। तत्पष्चात किला नं० 101/14 के दक्षिणी पष्चिमी कोण से आरम्भ होकर उत्तर की तरफ किला नं० 101/14-7-4/1,4/2, 99/24 की पष्चिमी भुजा के साथ-2 किला नं० 99/24 के मध्य तक। तत्पष्चात किला नं० 99/24 के मध्य बिन्दू से पष्चिम की तरफ किला नं० 99/24-23-22 मिन 19-11, 100/6-4-3 मिन, 91/23-19-12-11-10 मिन 1 मिन, 90/5-4, 88/24-23 मिन-19 मिन, 11-10, 89/6 मिन, 5-4 मिन, 75/24 मिन, 17-18 मिन- 8 की पष्चिमी भुजा के साथ-2 चल कर किला नं० 75/8 के दक्षिणी पष्चिमी कोण पर मिलती है। तत्पष्चात किला नं० 75/8 के दक्षिणी पष्चिमी कोण से आरम्भ होकर पष्चिम की तरफ किला नं० 75/9-11 मिन, 74/15 मिन-14 मिन-12 मिन-13 मिन, 9-10 की दक्षिणी भुजा के साथ-2 चलकर किला नं० 74/10 के दक्षिणी पष्चिमी कोण तक जहाँ यह नरेला रोड की पूर्वी भुजा पर मिलती है। तत्पष्चात नरेला रोड की पूर्वी भुजा पर मिलती है। तत्पष्चात नरेला रोड को पार करके किला नं० 73/6 मिन के मध्य तक 1 किला नं० 73/6 मिन से आरम्भ होकर किला नं० 73/6 मिन-7 मिन-3-2 मिन-9 मिन-10 मिन, 72/6 मिन की दक्षिणी भुजा के साथ-2 नरेला, बाजीदपुर, सबोली रवेन्यू स्टेट कुण्डली के सरहदा दहेजा पर मिलती है। पष्चिमी :- नरेला बाजीदपुर सबोली व रवेन्यू स्टेट कुण्डली की सरहदा देहजा के किला नं० 72/6 मिन के दक्षिणी पष्चिमी कोण से आरम्भ होकर किला न. 72/6 मिन-5 मिन, 71/25मिन-16मिन-15मिन, 70/10-1 मिन, 49/21मिन-20मिन-11 मिन-12 मिन-9 मिन-2मिन, 48/22मिन-19मिन-18-13मिन-8मिन-3मिन, 27/27-17मिन-14 मिन-15 मिन-6 मिन- 5 मिन, 28/1 मिन, 26/21 मिन-20 मिन-12 मिन-9 मिन-3, 9/23 मिन-18 मिन की पष्चिमी भुजा के साथ-2 दक्षिण की तरफ गॉव बाजीदपुर सबोली व रवेन्यू स्टेट कुण्डली के सरहदा दहेजा तक। तत्पष्चात गॉव बाजीदपुर सबोली नाथूपर व रवेन्यू स्टेट कुण्डली के सरहदा देहजा के किला नं० 9/17 के उत्तरी पष्चिमी कोण से आरम्भ होकर पूर्व की तरफ किला नं० 9/17 की उत्तरी भुुजा के साथ-2 इसी किला नं० 9/17 के उत्तरी पूर्वी कोण तक जहाँ यह ड्रेन नं० 6 की पष्चिमी भुजा पर मिलती है। तत्पष्चात ड्रेन नं० 6 के किला नं० 9/15 के उत्तर पष्चिमी कोण तक। तत्पष्चात पूर्व की ओर चलते हुए किला नं० 9/15 मिन, 10/11-10मिन-9मिन-8-3मिन-4मिन-5 मिन, 8/25 मिन, 7/21-20मिन-19 के उत्तरी भुजा के साथ चलते हुए किला नं० 7/19 के उत्तर पष्चिमी कोण तक। तत्पष्चात इसी किला नं० 7/19 के उत्तर पष्चिम कोण से उत्तर की ओर चलते हुए किला नं० 7/12 मिन-9 मिन-8-3 मिन, 1/23-18 मिन-13 मिन-8 मिन के पष्चिमी भुजा के साथ-2 चलते हुए किला नं० 1/8 मिन के उत्तर पष्चिम कोण तक, जहाँ यह सरहदा देहहजा नाथूपर नांगल कलां रवेन्यू कुण्डली से मिलती है। जोकि उत्तरी साईड के बाउण्डरी षैडयूल का आरम्भिक बिन्दू है।

No. 18/127/2018-3C1.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section (1) of Section-3 of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973, the Governor of Haryana hereby proposes to declare the area as per schedule given below to be Municipality, in the name of Municipality Kundli in District- Sonepat.
Notice is hereby given that the draft will be taken into consideration after the expiry of six weeks from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazettee together with any objection and suggestion which may be received by the Principal Secretary to Government Haryana, Urban Local Bodies Department through the Deputy Commissioner, Sonepat from any person in respect of this draft notification as required vide sub-section (5) of the aforesaid section.
