संख्या 18/131/2018-3क1.- हरियाणा नगर पालिका अधिनियम, 1973 (1973 का अधिनियम 24), की धारा 3 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदान की गई षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट स्थानीय क्षेत्र को जिला-यमुनानगर में नगर पालिका, सढौरा के नाम से एक नगर पालिका घोषित करने का प्रस्ताव करते है।

इसके द्वारा नोटिस दिया जाता है कि इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र के प्रकाषन के तिथि से छः सप्ताह की समाप्ति पर ऐसे आक्षेपों या सुझावों सहित, जो पूर्वाक्त की धारा की उपधारा (5) द्वारा यथा अपेक्षित इस प्रारूप अधिसूचना के सम्बन्ध में किसी व्यक्ति से उपायुक्त, यमुनानगर के माध्यम से प्रधान सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग द्वारा प्राप्त किये जायें, पर विचार किया जाएगा।

No. 18/131/2018-3C1.— In exercise of powers conferred by the Sub-section (1) of the Section 3 of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973, the Governor of Haryana hereby proposes to declare the area as per schedule given below to be Municipality, in the name of Municipality Sadhaura in District- Yamuna-Nagar

Notice is hereby given that the draft will be taken into consideration after the expiry of six weeks from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazettee together with any objection and suggestion which may be received by the Principal Secretary to Government Haryana, Urban Local Bodies Department through the Deputy Commissioner, Yamuna-Nagar from any person in respect of this draft notification as required vide sub-section (5) of the aforesaid section.
