Yoginder Paul Gupta, from the post of State Information Commissioner, Haryana on attaining the age of 65 years w.e.f. 08.07.2018 (A.N.) as per terms and conditions of his appointment and provisions made under section 16(1) of the Right to Information Act, 2005.
