Notification
The 9th July, 2018
No. 816-Agri. Sec.-(3)-2018/10655.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 14 of the Haryana Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1961 and all other powers enabling him in this behalf the Governor of Haryana is pleased to remove Shri Inder Singh Mor S/o Shri Bir Singh, VPO, Davlain, Narwana from the membership of the Market Committee, Narwana with immediate effect.
2. Further in exercise of powers conferred by Sub-section 1 of Section 17 of the Haryana Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1961. The Governor of Haryana is pleased to appoint Smt. Ranbir Kaur W/o Ch. Hawa Singh, # 148, Basant Vihar, Narwana Distt. Jind as Producer Member of Market Committee, Narwana in place of Shri Inder Singh Mor S/o Shri Bir Singh, VPO, Davlain, Narwana.
3. The appointment as a producer will be subject to the conditions that the term of office shall expire on the same date as the term of the office of the vacating member would have expired had the latter held office for the full period allowed under Section 14.
