No. 817-Agri. Sec.-(3)-2018/11022.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section (1) and (2) of Section 12 of the Haryana Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1961 read with sub section 1 of section 16 of the said Act and all other powers enabling him in his behalf, the Governor of Haryana, in supersession of this department notification No. 1432 Agri. Sec. (3)-2017/ 18550 dated 24th November, 2017 hereby determines that the Market Committee, Uchana District Jind shall consist of 20 members and appoints the Block Development and Panchayat Officer, Uchana as official member and further nominates the following persons of the said Committee namely :-
