क्रमांक 1018-ए0आर0-3-2018/13069.— हरियाणा अधिशेष तथा अन्य क्षेत्र उपयोग स्कीम, 1976 के पैरा 8 के उपबन्धों के अनुसरण में तथा इस निमित्त उन्हें समर्थ बनाने वाली सभी शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा नीचे दी गई अनुसूची के खाना-2 के नीचे विनिर्दिष्ट गैर-सरकारी सदस्यों को उक्त अनुसूची के खाना-3 के नीचे वर्णित क्षेत्रों के लिए मनोनीत करते हैं, अर्थात :-
