Notification

The 18th July, 2018

No. SEC/4E-II/2018/920.— Whereas the State Election Commission vide its notification No.SEC/3E- II/2016/3419, dated 22.03.2016 had notified the name of Smt. Rinki Rani W/o Sh. Mahender Pal as elected Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, Karnal, District Karnal.

2. And Whereas the Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Election Officer (Panchayat), Karnal vide his letter No.7651/Panchayats, dated 06.07.2018 has informed that in a meeting held on 27.06.2018 "No Confidence Motion" has been passed against the Chairman, Panchayat Samiti Karnal. It has been requested to de-notify the name of Smt. Rinki Rani, the then Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, Karnal, District Karnal.

3. In view of above, the State Election Commission, Haryana hereby denotifies the name of Smt. Rinki Rani W/o Sh. Mahender Pal, the then Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, Karnal, District Karnal.
