संख्या 8/14/2018-1क-I.— चूंकि हरियाणा के राज्यपाल को यहा प्रतीत होता है कि नीचे विनिर्दिष्ट भूमि, सरकार द्वारा, सरकारी खर्च पर, सार्वजनिक प्रयोजन नामतः पत्ति कलालां, जिला अम्बाला में वाटर कोर्स/नाला के निर्माण करने हेतु अपेक्षित है इसके द्वारा यह अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि नीचे विशिष्टि में परिक्षेत्र में वर्णित भूमि उपर्युक्त प्रयोजन के लिए अपेक्षित है।
यह अधिसूचना भूमि अधिग्रहण पुनर्वास और पुनर्वास में उचित क्षतिपूर्ति और पारदर्शिता का अधिकार अधिनियम, 2013, (2013 का अधिनियम 30) की धारा 11 के प्रावधानों के अधीन उन सभी व्यक्तियों की जानकारी के लिए की जाती है जिनका इनसे सम्बन्ध है।
पूर्वोक्त धारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इस समय, इस कार्य में लगे हुए अधिकारियों को उनके सेवको तथा कर्मकारो सहित, परिक्षेत में, किसी भूमि पर प्रवेष और सर्वेक्षण करने तथा उस धारा द्वारा अपेक्षित या अनुज्ञात, सभी अन्य कार्य करने के लिए इसके द्वारा, प्राधिकृत करते है।
कोई हितबद्ध व्यक्ति, जिसे परिक्षेत्र में भूमि के अर्जन के सम्बन्ध में कोई आक्षेप हो, अधिसूचना के राजपत्र या परिक्षेत्र में परिचालित दो दैनिक समाचार-पत्रों में, जिनमें से कम से कम एक क्षेत्रीय भाषा में हो, प्रकाषन या परिक्षेत्र में प्रचार की तिथि से, इनमें जो भी बाद में हो, साठ दिन की अवधि के भीतर जिला राजस्व अधिकारी एवं भूमि अर्जन कलैक्टर, अम्बाला के सम्मुख लिखित रूप से उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 15 के अन्तर्गत आक्षेप, यदि काई हो, दायर कर सकता है।
भूमि के नक्षों का निरीक्षण, जिला राजस्व अधिकारी एवं अर्जन कलैक्टर, अम्बाला कार्यकारी अधिकारी, नगर निगम, अम्बाला के कार्यालय में किया जा सकता है।

Notification

No. 8/14/2018- 1C I.— Whereas it appears to the Governor of Haryana that the land specified below, is needed by the Government at public expenses, for a public purpose, namely for "Construction of water course/Nalah" in Patti Kalalan, District Ambala, it is hereby notified that the land in the locality described in the specification below is needed for the above purpose.
This notification is made under the provisions of Section 11 of "The Right to Fair Compensation and Transperancy in Land Acquisitions, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013" (Act No. 30 of 2013).
In exercise of the powers conferred by aforesaid section, the Governor of Haryana hereby authorizes the officers with their servants and workmen for the time being engaged in the undertaking to enter upon and survey the land in the locality and to do all other acts required or permitted by that section.
Any person interested, who has any objection to the acquisition of land in the locality, may, within the sixty days of the publication of this notification in the official Gazette or in two daily newspapers circulating in the locality, of which at least one shall be in the regional language, or publicity in the locality, whichever is latest file an objection, under Section 15, if any, in writing before the District Revenue Officer-cum-Land Acquisition Collector, Ambala.
Plans of the land may be inspected in the offices of District Revenue Officer-cum-Land Acquisition Collector, Ambala or Executive Officer, Municipal Corporation, Ambala.
