अधिसूचना

दिनांक 20 जुलाई, 2018

संख्या 496-कृ० अनु० (1)2018/11298.— हरियाणा कृषि उपज मण्डी अधिनियम, 1961 (1961 का 23), की धारा 6क की उपधारा (1) के खण्ड (iii) द्वारा प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, नीचे दी गई अनुसूची के खाना न0 3 में वर्णित क्षेत्र को नारनौंद के मण्डी क्षेत्र से निकालते हुए तथा उक्त अनुसूची के क्रमषः खाना नं० 1 तथा 2 में वर्णित दो समितियां गठित करने के लिए मण्डी समिति, नारनौंद के अधिसूचित मण्डी क्षेत्र को विभाजित करने के उसके आषय की घोषणा करने का प्रस्ताव करते है। उक्त धारा की उप-धारा (2) द्वारा यथा अपेक्षित ऐसे व्यक्तियों की जानकारी के लिए प्रकाषित की जाती है, जिनके इससे प्रभावित होने की सम्भावना है।

इसके द्वारा नोटिस दिया जाता है कि अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाषन की तिथि से तीस दिन की अवधि की समाप्ति पर या उसके पष्चात्‌्‌ सरकार, उक्त घोषणा पर ऐसे आक्षेपों तथा सुझावों, यदि कोई हो, सहित जो प्रधान सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, कृृषि तथा किसान कल्याण विभाग, चण्डीगढ़ द्वारा उक्त घोषणा के सम्बन्ध में किसी व्यक्ति से इस प्रकार विनिर्दिष्ट अवधि की समाप्ति से पूर्व प्राप्त किये जाएं, विचार करेगी।

Notification

The 20th July, 2018

No. 496-Agri.Sec. (1)-2018/11298.— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (iii) of sub- section (1) read with sub-section (2) of section 6-A of the Haryana Agricultural Produce Markets Act., 1961 (23 of 1961) , the Governor of Haryana hereby declares his intention to split up notified market area of Market Committee, Narnaund to constitute two committees thereof under column 1 and 2 respectively of the Schedule given below by excluding therein the area specified in column 3 of the said Schedule from the market area of Narnaund and to constitute the market area of Bass having that area.

Now, therefore, notice is hereby given for the information of the public in general and especially the person likely to be affected, to invite objections and suggestions if any, within a period of thirty days from the date of publication of this notifications in the Official Gazette. Such objections or suggestion as may be received by the Principal Secretary to Government, Haryana, Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Department, Chandigarh, with respect to aforesaid proposal within the period so specified, shall be taken into consideration.
