No. 2/10/2018-2Hg.— In exercise of the powers conferred upon me Section 74(d) of the Haryana Housing Board Act, 1971 (Act No. 20 of 1971) and in pursuance Haryana Group „D" Employees (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Act 2018 and Government letter No. 42/03/2016-4GSI dated the 28th March, 2018, Government letter No. 3/5/2014-4GSIII dated the 11th June, 2018 the Haryana Housing Board (Recruitment and Conditions of Service of Officers and Employees) Regulations, 2006, are hereby amended as under :–
1. These Regulations may be called the Haryana Housing Board (Recruitment and Conditions of Service of Officers and Employees) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018.
2. In the Haryana Housing Board (Recruitment and Conditions of Service of Officers and Employees) Regulations, 2006 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), in Appendix-B against Sr. No. 19, under Heading "Minimum eligibility for direct recruitments" in Column 3, the word "Middle Pass" shall be substituted by the word "Matric" age by direct recruitment not less than 18 years and not more than 42 years.
