संख्या. 18/156/2018-3क1- हरियाणा नगर निगम अधिनियम 1994 (1994 का अधिनियम 16) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (3) द्वारा प्रदान की गई षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुये, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा सरकार (षहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग) की अधिसूचना संख्या 18/82/2015-3क1, दिनांक 03/06.07.2015 में वर्णित नगर निगम, सोनीपत की सीमाओं में से गांव मुरषीदपुर, मुकीमपुर, दीपालपुर, खेवडा, हरसानां ख्ुार्द, हरसानां कलां एवं नसीरपुर बांगड को बाहर निकालने तथा आगे मुरथल, नागंल खुर्द, कुमासपुर, किषोरा, जोषीचौहान, बहालगढ, असावरपुर एवं बैयांपुर के गावों का कुछ क्षेत्र निगम की सीमा में बाहर करने व गाव बढखालसा, ककरोई, महलाना, भिगान, हसनपुर, इब्राहिमपुर कुराड के कुछ क्षेत्र को नगर निगम, सोनीपत की सीमा में शामिल करने की घोषणा करते हैं। अब नगर निगम, सोनीपत की सीमायें निम्न वर्णित सीमाओं की अनुसूचि अनुसार होगीं :-
सीमाओं की अनुसूची
उत्तर :- सेहदा बिन्दू ठरू किलोडद व सोनीपत हदबस्त नं0. 174 से आरम्भ होकर जोकि आरम्भिक बिन्दू है, से आरम्भ होकर सोनीपत हदबस्त नं0. 174 की राजस्व सीमा के साथ-2 पूर्व की और जाते हुये गांव उल्देपुर की सीमा व सेहदा बिन्दू तक, जहां पर गांव ठरू, गांव उल्देपुर व सोनीपत हदबस्त 174 की सीमा आपस में मिलती है, तत्पष्चात् इस सेहदा बिन्दू से पूर्व दिषा में सोनीपत हदबस्त नं0. 174 की सीमा के साथ-2 उस सेहदा बिन्दू तक जहां गांव जाहरी, उल्देपुर व सोनीपत हदबस्त नं0. 174 की सीमायें आपस में मिलती है। तत्पष्चात इस सेहदा बिन्दू से गांव जवाहरी की मुस्तकिल नं0. 88 की उत्तर पष्चिम भुजा के साथ-2 उत्तर पष्चिम कोने तक, तत्पष्चात् इस बिन्दू से पूर्व की ओर गांव जाहरी रेवेन्यू एस्टेट के मुस्तकील संख्या 74, 75, 76 व 77 की दक्षिणी सीमा के साथ-2 किला नं0. 77/21 के पूर्वी दक्षिणी-पष्चिमी कोने तक, तत्पष्चात् इस बिन्दू से उत्तर दिषा में किला नं0. 77/22 की सीमा के साथ-2 किला नं0. 77/19 के दक्षिणी-पष्चिमी छोर तक, तत्पष्चात् इस बिन्दू से दक्षिण की तरफ किला नं0. 77/22 की सीमा के साथ-2 उस बिन्दू तक जहां किला नं0. 77/22 का पूर्व-उत्तरी कोना किला नं0. 77/18 से मिलता है, त्तपष्चात् इस बिन्दू से उत्तर दिषा में किला नं0. 77/18 के साथ-2 चलते हुये किला नं0. 18 के उत्तर पष्चिम कोने तक, तत्पष्चात् इस बिन्दू से उत्तर दिषा में चलते हुये किला नं0 77/18 के उत्तर-पष्चिमी कोने तक, तत्पष्चात् इस बिन्दू से किला नं0. 77/14 के दक्षिणी पष्चिमी कोने तक, तत्पष्चात् इस बिन्दू से उत्तर दिषा में किला नं0. 77/14, 7 की पष्चिमी सीमा के साथ-2 किला नं0. 77/7 के उत्तरी पष्चिमी कोने तक, तत्पष्चात् इस बिन्दू से पूर्व दिषा में किला नं0. 77/5 के दक्षिणी पष्चिमी कोने तक, तत्पष्चात् इस बिन्दू से उत्तर दिषा में किला नं0. 77/5, किला नं0. 70/25, 16 की पष्चिमी सीमा के साथ-2 किला नं0. 70/16 के उत्तर पष्चिमी कोने तक, इस बिन्दू से पूर्व दिषा में किला नं0. 70/11 के उत्तर-पष्चिमी कोने तक, तत्पष्चात् इस बिन्दू से उत्तर दिषा में किला नं0. 70/11, 10 की पष्चिमी सीमा के साथ-2 किला नं0. 70/10 के उत्तर पष्चिम कोने तक। तत्पष्चात इस बिन्दू से पूर्व दिषा में चलते हुये

(EXTRA.), JULY 26, 2018 (SRVN. 4, 1940 SAKA) किला नं0. 70/2, के दक्षिणी पष्चिमी कोने तक, तत्पष्चात इस बिन्दू से उतर दिषा में चलते हुये किला नं0. 59/2, की पष्चिमी सीमा के साथ-2 किला नं0. 59/22 के उतर पष्चिमी कोने तक, तत्पष्चात इस बिन्दू से पूर्व दिषा में चलते हुये किला नं0. 59/22 व 25 की उत्तरी सीमा के साथ-2 किला नं0. 58/17/2 के दक्षिण-पष्चिमी कोने तक, तत्पष्चात् इस बिन्दु से उत्तर दिषा में किला नं0 59/17/2 व 59/14 की पष्चिमी के साथ-साथ किला नं0 59/14, 15 की सीमा के साथ-2 चलते हुये किला नं0. 60/10 के दक्षिणी पष्चिमी कोने तक कोने तक, तत्पष्चात इस बिन्दू से उतरी दिषा में चलते हुये किला नं0. 60/10 के उतरी पष्चिमी कोने तक, तत्पष्चात इस बिन्दू से पूर्व दिषा में चलते हुये किला नं0. 60/10, 9, 8 से होते हुए उस बिन्दू तक जहं किला नं0. 60/8 की उत्तरी सीमा रेलवे लाईन की सीमा को मिलती है, तत्पष्चात इस बिन्दू से अम्बाला दिल्ली रेलवे लाईन को पार कर किला नं0. 60/5 के उत्तरी पष्चिमी कोने तक, तत्पष्चात इस बिन्दू से पूर्व दिषा में चलते हुये किला नं0. 60/5 से होते हुये मुस्तील 48/21 के दक्षिणी-पष्चिमी कोने तक, तत्पष्चात् इस बिन्दु से किला नं0 48/21 की पष्चिमी सीमा के साथ-साथ किला नं0 48/21 के उतर पष्चिम कोने तक, तत्पष्चात इस बिन्दू से पूर्व दिषा में चलते हुये किला नं0. 48/21, 22 की उतरी सीमा के साथ-2 चलते हुये किला नं0. 48/18 के दक्षिणी पष्चिमी कोने तक, तत्पष्चात इस बिन्दू से उतरी दिषा में चलते हुये किला नं0. 48/18 के उतरी पष्चिम कोने तक, तत्पष्चात इस बिन्दू से पूर्व दिषा में चलते हुये किला नं0. 48/14 के दक्षिणी पष्चिमी कोने तक, तत्पष्चात इस बिन्दू से उतर दिषा में चलते हुये किला नं0. 48/14 के उतर-पष्चिमी कोने तक, तत्पष्चात इस बिन्दू से पूर्व दिषा में चलते हुये किला नं0. 48/14 की उतरी सीमा के साथ-2 चलते हुये किला नं0. 48/6 के दक्षिणी पष्चिमी कोने तक, तत्पष्चात इस बिन्दू से उतरी दिषा में चलते हुये किला नं0. 48/6 की पष्चिमी सीमा के साथ-2 किला नं0. 48/6 के उतर-पष्चिमी कोने तक, तत्पष्चात इस बिन्दू से पूर्व दिषा में चलते हुये किला नं0. 48/6 की उतरी सीमा के साथ-2 सोनीपत-गन्नौर रोड को पार करते हुये किला नं0. 47/10 की उतरी सीमा के साथ-2 चलते हुये किला नं0. 47/2 के दक्षिणी पष्चिमी कोने तक, तत्पष्चात इस बिन्दू से उतरी दिषा में चलते हुये किला नं0. 47/2 की पष्चिमी सीमा के साथ-2 किला नं0. 47/2 के उतरी-पष्चिमी कोने तक, तत्पष्चात इस बिन्दू से पूर्व दिषा में चलते हुये किला नं0. 47/2 की उतरी सीमा के साथ-2 किला नं0. 41/23 के दक्षिणी पष्चिमी कोने तक, तत्पष्चात इस बिन्दू से पूर्व दिषा में चलते हुये किला नं0. 41/23, 24 की उतरी सीमा के साथ-2 किला नं0. 41/16 के दक्षिणी पष्चिमी कोने तक, तत्पष्चात इस बिन्दू से उतरी दिषा में चलते हुये किला नं0. 41/16 के उतर पष्चिमी कोने तक, तत्पष्चात इस बिन्दू से पूर्व दिषा में चलते हुये किला नं0. 41/16 व किला नं0. 42/19 ,20 की उतरी सीमा के साथ-2 किला नं0. 42/13 के दक्षिणी पष्चिमी कोने तक, तत्पष्चात इस बिन्दू से उतर दिषा में चलते हुये किला नं0. 42/13 के उतर-पष्चिमी कोने तक, तत्पष्चात इस बिन्दू से पूर्व दिषा में चलते हुये किला नं0. 42/13, 14 की उतरी सीमा के साथ-2 किला नं0. 42/6 के दक्षिणी पष्चिमी कोने तक, तत्पष्चात इस बिन्दु से उत्तर दिषा में किला नं0 42/6 की पष्चिमी सीमा के साथ-साथ किला नं0 42/6 की उत्तर-पष्चिमी सीमा तक, तत्पष्चात् इस बिन्दू से पूर्व दिषा में चलते हुये किला नं0. 42/6 व किला नं0. 43/10, 9, 8 की उतरी सीमा के साथ-2 किला नं0. 43/4 के दक्षिणी पष्चिमी कोने तक, तत्पष्चात इस बिन्दू से उतरी दिषा में चलते हुये किला नं0. 43/4 के उतरी पष्चिमी कोने तक, तत्पष्चात इस बिन्दू से पूर्व दिषा में चलते हुये किला नं0. 43/ 4, 5 उस बिन्दू तक जहां यह गांव देवडू की सीमा को मिलता है। तत्पष्चात गांव देवडू व जवाहरी की सीमा के साथ-2 उस सेहदा बिन्दू तक जहां अब्दुलपुर देवडू व जवाहरी की सीमा मिलती है। तत्पष्चात इस सेहदा बिन्दु से गाव देवडू की सीमा के साथ उस बिन्दु तक जहां यह गाव अब्दुलपुर की मुस्तिल 25 की उत्तर-पष्चिमी सीमा के साथ मिलती ह,ै तत्पष्चात इस बिन्दु से गाव अब्दुलपुर की मुस्तिल 25, 24 की उत्तरी सीमा के साथ-साथ होते हुए उस सहेदा ब़िन्दु तक जहा यह मुस्तिल नं0. 24 की दक्षिण-पूर्व भुजा एवं गाव देवडू की रेवैन्यु सीमा को पुनः मिलती है। तत्पष्चात इस सेहदा बिन्दु से गाव देवडू की सीमा के साथ-साथ उस बिन्दू तक जहां गांव कुराड, देवडू व अब्दुलपुर की सीमा मिलती है अर्थात् सेहदा बिन्दू तक । तत्पष्चात् गांव कुराड व देवडू की सीमा के साथ-2 उस बिन्दू /सेहदा तक जहां देवडू, मुरथल व कुराड की सीमा मिलती है। तत्पष्चात् इस सेहदा बिन्दू से पूर्व की और चलते हुये गांव मुरथल व कुराड इब्राहिमपुर गांव की सीमा के साथ-2 राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग नं0.1 से उस बिन्दु तक जहां पर जी.टी रोड से 3 एकड़ की गहराई पर मुरथल रेवेन्यू एस्टेट की सीमा को मुस्तील नं0. 89 पर काटता है। तत्पष्चात् इस बिन्दु से उत्तर की और एन.एच -1 के साथ-साथ, 3 एकड़ की गहराई तक गांव इब्राहिमपुर कुराड की सीमा से होते हुये तथा गांव भिगान की सीमा से होते हुये 3 एकड़ की ही गहराई में उस बिन्दु तक जहां पर 3 एकड़ गहराई वाली लाईन भिगान को जाने वाली सडक खसरा नं0. 102 की दक्षिणी सीमा को काटती है। तत्पष्चात् भिगान को जाने वाली सडक की दक्षिणी सीमा के साथ-2 पूर्व की और एन.एच.-1 तक, तत्पष्चात् एन.एच.-1 को काटते हुये उस बिन्दु तक जहां पर गांव धतुरी से आने वाली सडक जी.टी रोड पर दक्षिणी-पूर्वी कोने पर मिलती है। तत्पष्चात् धतूरी को जाने वाली सडक खसरा नं0. 103 की दक्षिणी सीाम के साथ-साथ जी.डी. रोड की 3 एकड़ की गहराई पर स्थित उस बिन्दु तक जहां पर 3 एकड़ की गहराई वाली लाईन धतूरी रोड को काटती है।
पूर्व ः- जी.टी रोड से गांव धतूरी को जाने वाली सडक खसरा नं0. 103 पर स्थित वह बिन्दु जहां पर जी.टी रोड के साथ-साथ 3 एकड़ की गहराई तक आने वाली लाईन धतूरी रोड पर मिलती है, से आरम्भ होकर एन.एच.-1 के साथ 3 एकड़ की गहराई तक गांव भिगान व हसनपुर की सीमा से होते हुये एन.एच.-1 के साथ-साथ उस बिन्दु तक जहां पर 3 एकड़ गहराई वाली सीमा मुरथल, हसनपुर की रेवेन्यू बाउन्डरी पर मिलती है। तत्पष्चात् इस बिन्दु से मुरथल, हसनपुर की सीमा के साथ-2 पूर्व की और उस बिन्दु तक जहां पर मुरथल, हसनपुर की रेवेन्यु सीमा राजपुर माईनर की पष्चिमी सीमा पर मिलती है। तत्पष्चात् इस बिन्दु से राजपुर माईनर की पष्चिमी सीमा पर साथ-साथ, मुरथल- ताजपुर सडक को काटते हुये मुरथल व नांगल खुर्द की सीमा में से होते हुये उस बिन्दु तक जहां राजुपर माईनर नांगलखुर्द में स्थित मुस्तील नं0. 8 की पूर्वी वHARYANA GOVT. GAZ. (EXTRA.), JULY 26, 2018 (SRVN. 4, 1940 SAKA) 2309 राजपुर माईनर की पष्चिमी सीमा मिलती है अर्थात् राजपुरा माईनर के दक्षिणी-पष्चिमी कोने तक। तत्पष्चात् इस बिन्दु से पष्चिम की और उस बिन्दु तक जहां पर जी.टी रोड से 3 एकड़ की गहराई स्थित है, से लाईन मिलती हैं। तत्पष्चात् एन.एच. -1 की पूर्वी सीमा के साथ-साथ 3 एकड़ की गहराई तक उस बिन्दु तक जहां नांगलखुर्द व कुमासपुर की सीमा को 3 एकड़ गहराई वाली लाईन काटती है। तत्पष्चात् इस बिन्दु से पूर्व की और नांगलखुर्द व कुमासपुर की सीमा के साथ-साथ मुस्तील नं0. 26 की उत्तरी-पूर्वी कोने तक। तत्पष्चात् मुस्तील नं0. 27, 40, 48, 61 व 68 की पष्चिमी सीमा के साथ-साथ एन.एच.-1 के साथ स्थित मुस्तील नं0. 45 के पूर्वी-दक्षिणी कोने तक। तत्पष्चात् जी.टी रोड के साथ-साथ उस बिन्दु तक जहां पर एन. एच-1 किषोरा व कुमासपुर गांव की सीमा मिलती है। तत्पष्चात् पूर्व की और किषोरा गांव की सीमा के साथ-साथ एन.एच. -1 तक। तत्पष्चात् पूर्व की और 3 एकड़ की गहराई पर स्थित उस बिन्दु पर जहां पर किषोरा गांव की सीमा 3 एकड़ गहराई पर मिलती है। तत्पष्चात् एन.एच-1 के साथ-2 पूर्व की और 3 एकड़ की गहराई तक गांव किषोरा व जौषी चौहान की रेवेन्यू एस्टेट से होते हुये उस बिन्दु तक जहां पर 3 एकड़ की गहराई वाली लाईन जौषी चौहान में स्थित मुस्तील नं0. 40 की उत्तरी सीमा पर मिलती है। तत्पष्चात् पूर्व की और मुस्तील नं0. 40 व 39 की उत्तरी सीमा के साथ-2 अर्थात् भारतीय खेल प्राधिकरण की सीमा के साथ-2 मुस्तील नं0. 39 की उत्तरी-पूर्वी कोने तक। तत्पष्चात् इस बिन्दु से दक्षिण की और जौषी-चौहान में स्थित मुस्तील नं0. 39 व 44 की पूर्वी सीमा के साथ-2 तथा गांव बहालगढ में स्थित मुस्तील नं0. 9 ,12, 19 की पूर्वी सीमा के साथ-2 मुस्तील नं0. 19 की पूर्वी-दक्षिणी कोने तक। तत्पष्चात् मुस्तील नं0. 19 की दक्षिणी सीमा के साथ-2 पष्चिम की और चलते हुये उस बिन्दु तक जहां पर यह मुस्तील लाईन जी.टी रोड पर मिलती है। तत्पष्चात् एन.एच.-1 की पूर्वी सीमा के साथ-2 उस बिन्दु तक जहां पर एन.एच-1 की पूर्वी सीमा, गांव बहालगढ व असावरपुर की रेवेन्यू सीमा मिलती है। तत्पष्चात् इस बिन्दु से गांव असावरपुर की सीमा के साथ-2 उस बिन्दु तक जहां पर बहालगढ गांव की सीमा मुस्तील नं0. 27 की दक्षिणी भुजा पर मिलती है। तत्पष्चात् बहालगढ गांव की मुस्तील नं0. 26 व 27 की दक्षिणी सीमा के साथ-2 उस बिन्दु तक जहां पर बहालगढ रेवेन्यू एस्टेट की सीमा मुस्तील नं0. 26 के पूर्वी-दक्षिणी कोने को काटती है। तत्पष्चात् इस बिन्दु से बहालगढ गांव की रेवेन्यू बाउन्डरी के साथ-2 उस बिन्दु तक जहां पर बहालगढ, असावरपुर की रेवेन्यू बाउन्डरी मुस्तील नं0. 173 की दक्षिण-पष्चिम कोने पर मिलती है। तत्पष्चात् इस बिन्दु से दक्षिण की और मुस्तील नं0. 11, 23 ,34 गांव असावरपुर की पष्चिमी सीमा के साथ-2 मुस्तील नं0. 34 गांव असावरपुर के दक्षिणी पष्चिमी कोने तक तत्पष्चात् इस बिन्दु से पष्चिम की और चलते हुये गांव की फिरनी व आबादी को छोडते हुये मुस्तील नं0. 37 के पूर्वी-दक्षिणी कोने तक। तत्पष्चात् इस बिन्दु से दक्षिण की और मुस्तील नं0. 42 व 55 की पूर्वी सीमा के साथ-2 उस बिन्दु तक जहां पर राजीव गांधी ऐजुकेषन सिटी पर मुस्तील लाईन टकराती है। तत्पष्चात् पूर्व की और राजीव गांधी ऐजेुकेषन सिटी की बाउन्डरी के साथ-2 उस बिन्दु तक जहां पर राजीव गांधी ऐजुकेषन सिटी की सीमा राजपुर माईनर की पष्चिमी किनारे पर मिलती है। तत्पष्चात् इस बिन्दु से राजपुर माईनर की पष्चिमी सीमा के साथ-2 उस बिन्दु तक जहां पर राजपुर माईनर सेवली गांव की सीमा पर मिलती है। तत्पष्चात् इस बिन्दु से गांव फिरोजपुर खाद्र की सीमा के साथ-2 बढखालसा गांव के मुस्तील नं0. 3 के उत्तरी-पूर्वी कोने तक। तत्पष्चात् मुस्तील नं0. 3 के पूर्वी सीमा एवं राजपुरा माईनर की पष्चिमी सीमा के साथ-2 गांव बढखालसा की मुस्तील नं0. 4 के दक्षिणी पष्चिमी कोने तक अर्थात् उस बिन्दु तक जहां पर सेवली रोड मिलती है। दक्षिण :- मुस्तील नं0. 4 के दक्षिणी-पष्चिमी कोने से आरम्भ होकर पष्चिम की और मुस्तील नं0. 1, 2, 3 की दक्षिणी सीमा व गांव बढमलिक के मुस्तील नं0. 4 की दक्षिणी भुजा के साथ-2 व सेवली को जाने वाली सडक की उत्तरी सीमा के साथ-2 एन.एच.-1 को काटते हुये बीसंवा मील चौंक तक। तत्पष्चात् इस बिन्दू से बढमलिक की मुस्तील नं0., 1 2, 3 की दक्षिणी सीमा व बीसवामील- बहादुरगढ रोड के उत्तरी सीमा के साथ-2 उस बिन्दु तक जहा गाव अकबरपुर बारौठा, सोनीपत व खरखौदा को जाने वाली सडक का चौक नरेला रोड पर स्थित है, तत्पष्चात् इस बिन्दू से उत्तर दिषा में इस सडक की पष्चिमी सीमा के साथ-2 सोनीपत की तरफ इस सडक के साथ-साथ उस बिन्दु तक जहां यह सडक गांव जगदीषपुर रेवेन्यू बाउन्डरी तक मिलती है। तत्पष्चात इस बिन्दु से पष्चिम मेें गांव जगदीषपुर की सीमा के साथ-साथ रेलवे लाईन को काटते हुये उस बिन्दु तक जहां दिल्ली-अम्बाला रेलवे लाईन पर बिन्दु जहां पर छतेहरा-बहादुरपुर, जगदीषपुर गांव की सीमा तथा दिल्ली अम्बाला रेलवे लाईन मिलती है।
पष्चिम ः- उस सेहदा बिन्दू से जहां छतेहरा, जगदीषपुर व रेलवे लाईन की पष्चिमी भुजा मिलती है, से आरम्भ होकर जगदीषपुर गांव की रेवेन्यू बाउन्डरी के साथ-2 उस बिन्दु तक जहां पर गांव राठधाना, जगदीषपुर व हरसानां गांव की सीमा मिलती है। तत्पष्चात् इस बिन्दु से गांव राठधाना की सीमा के साथ-2 उस बिन्दु तक जहां राठधाना व बन्देपुर गांव की सीमा आपस में मिलती है। तत्पष्चात् पष्चिम की तरफ बन्देपुर गांव की सीमा के साथ-2 उस बिन्दु तक जहां पर बन्देपुर व बैयापुर की सीमा मिलती है, जो मुस्तील नं0. 64 का दक्षिणी पूर्वी कोना है। तत्पष्चात् इस बिन्दु से पष्चिम की और ही हरसानां गांव की उत्तरी सीमा के साथ-2 रेलवे लाईन को काटते हुये बैयांपुर गांव की मुस्तील नं0. 65 के दक्षिणी-पूर्वी कोने तक। तत्पष्चात् दिल्ली-अम्बाला रेलवे लाईन की पष्चिमी सीमा के साथ-2 उस बिन्दु तक जहां पर रेलवे लाईन की पष्चिमी भुजा बैयापुर गांव की मुस्तील नं0. 6 की दक्षिणी भुजा पर मिलती है। तत्पष्चात् इस बिन्दु से पष्चिम की और बैयापुर गांव मुस्तील नं0. 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 व 11 के पार्ट की दक्षिणी सीमा के साथ-2 उस बिन्दु तक जहां यह मुस्तील लाईन रोहतक- खरखौदा रोड पर मिलती है। तत्पष्चात् रोहतक रोड को काटते हुये रोड के पष्चिमी सीरे तक, तत्पष्चात् उत्तर की और सडक की पष्चिमी सीमा के साथ-2 उस बिन्दु तक जहां से लहराडा गांव की रेवेन्यू सीमा आरम्भ होती है। तत्पष्चात् इस बिन्दु से लहराडा गांव की दक्षिणी सीमा के साथ-2 व तत्पष्चात् पष्चिमी लहराडा बाउन्डरी के साथ-2 उस बिन्दु तक जहां पर लहराडा गांव की सीमा ककरोई गांव की मुस्तील नं0. 32 की दक्षिणी सीमा को मिलती है। तत्पष्चात् ककरोई गांव में स्थित मुस्तील नं0. 32 की2310 HARYANA GOVT. (EXTRA.), JULY 26, 2018 (SRVN. 4, 1940 SAKA) दक्षिणी सीमा के साथ-2 मुस्तील नं0. 32 के दक्षिणी-पष्चिमी कोने तक । तत्पष्चात् इस बिन्दु से उत्तर की और ककरोई गांव की मुस्तील नं0. 32 की पष्चिमी सीमा के साथ-2 व सोनीपत-ककरोई रोड को काटते हुये मुस्तील नं0. 32 के पष्चिमी सीमा के साथ-2 मुस्तील नं0. 15, 12 व 4 के उत्तरी-पष्चिमी कोने तक। तत्पष्चात् मुस्तील नं0. 1 के दक्षिणी भुजा व महलाना गांव के मुस्तील नं0. 55 की दक्षिणी भुजा के साथ-2 मुस्तील नं0. 55 के दक्षिणी-पष्चिमी कोने तक। तत्पष्चात् महलाना गांव की मुस्तील नं0. 55, 33, 30 व 9 की पष्चिमी सीमा के साथ-2 उस बिन्दु तक जहां पर मुस्तील लाईन गांव गढी ब्रहामणान की सीमा पर मिलती है। तत्पष्चात् गढी बह्रामणान की सीमा के साथ-2 गोहाना रोड को काटते हुये उस बिन्दु तक जहां पर हदबस्त नं0. 174 जटवाडा व गढी बह्रामणान् की सीमा मिलती है। तत्पष्चात् हदबस्त नं0. 174 जटवाडा की पष्चिमी सीमा के साथ-2 ठहरू किलोडद व जटवाडा के सहदा बिन्दु तक जो कि आरम्भिक बिन्दु है।

No. 18/156/2018-3C1.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub- Section (3) of Section 3 of the Haryana Municipal Corporation Act, 1994 (Act 16 of 1994), the Governor of Haryana hereby declares that the areas of village Murshidpur, Mukimpur, Deepalpur, khewra, Harsana Khurd, Harsana Kalan and Nasirpur Bangar as specified in Haryana Govt. (Urban Local Bodies Department) Notification No. 18/82/2015-3C1, dated 03/06-07-2015 are excluded from the limits of Municipal Corporation, Sonepat and further the some area of village Murthal, Nangal khurd, Kumaspur, Kisora, Joshi Chauhan, Bhalgarh, Asawarpur & Bayapur is hereby excluded from the limits of Municipal Corporation, Sonepat and some areas of Badkhalsa, Kakroi, Mehlana, Bhigaan, Hasanpur, Ibrahimpur Kurar are hereby included in the limits of Municipal Corporation, Sonepat. Now the limits of Municipal Corporatqion, Sonepat shall be as specified in the schedule given below:-

South:- Starting from this South-West corner of Rectangle No. 4 i.e. the point where Rajpura Minor, meets at Southern Boundary of rectangle No. 4. Thence along Southern boundary of rectangle No. 1, 2, 3 of Badkhalsa village and rectangle No. 4 of Badkhalsa village and along the Northern Boundary of Sewali road towards West by crossing N.H.-1 upto Biswamile Chowk. Thence along Northern side of Biswamile Bahadurgarh road along Southern boundary of rectangle No. 1, 2, 3 thence along Northern boundary of Biswamile Bahadurgarh road upto Narela road and thence, along the Northern side of this road upto that point where this road meets at Jagdishpur revenue Estate boundary. West:- Starting from the point where revenue boundaries Jagdishpur, Chhahtera-Bahadurpur and Delhi-Ambala Railway line meets. Thence, along revenue boundaries of Jagdishpur upto that point revenue boundaries of Rathdhana, Jagdishpur & Harsana villages meets, thence from this point and along the revenue boundaries of village Rathdhana and upto that point where boundaries of Rathdhana village and Bandepur village meet. Thence, towards West and along Revenue boundaries of Bandepur upto that point where boundaries of Baiyapur and Bandepur meets, which is the Southern-Eastern corner of rectangle No. 64. Thence, from this point and towards West and along Northern boundary of Harsana village and crossing railway line upto Southern- Eastern corner of rectangle No. 65 of Baiyapur village. Thence, along Western boundaries of Ambala – Delhi Railway line upto that point, where Western boundary of railway line meets at Southern wall of Rectangle No. 6 in village Baiyapur. Thence, from this point and towards West and by including rectangle No. 6,7, 8,9,10 & 11 (part) and along Western boundaries of these rectangle No. upto that point where this rectangle line meets at Rohtak-Kharkhoda road.
