संख्या आर्क-2018/16201.- भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा वास्तुक श्रेणी-I सेवा नियम, 1978, को आगे संषोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्ः-
1. ये नियम हरियाणा वास्तुक सेवा श्रेणी-I (संषोधन) नियम, 2018, कहे जा सकते हैं। 2. हरियाणा वास्तुक सेवा श्रेणी-I नियम, 1978 में, नियम 5 में, "पैंतीस वर्ष"श्शब्दों के स्थान पर, "बयालीस वर्ष"श्शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किये जाएंगे।

No. Arch.-2018/16201.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Service of Architects, Class I, Rules, 1978, namely :-
1. These rules may be called the Haryana Service of Architects, Class I, (Amendment) Rules, 2018.
2. In the Haryana Service of Architects, Class I, Rules, 1978, in rule 5, for the words and sign "thirty-five", the words and sign "forty-two" shall be substituted.
