Notification
The 10th August, 2018
No.PF-112/2018/23911.— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (f) of section 2 of the Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas Act, 1975 (Act no. 8 of 1975) and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Government of Haryana hereby appoints the Director, Urban Local Bodies Haryana as Director, Town & Country Planning, Haryana to exercise and perform all powers and functions of Director under Section 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 7B, 8, 8A, 10, 10A, 11, 11A, 13 & 21 of the said Act within Core Area as defined in Haryana Building Code-2017 for implementation of the Affordable Group Housing Policy (PMAY) 2018 for Core Area" for such towns as to be specified for implementation of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna (PMAY) scheme under "Housing for All-2022".
2. Further, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (f) of section 2 of the Act ibid, the Governor of Haryana hereby appoints Managing Director, Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC) Limited, Haryana to exercise and perform all powers and functions of Director under Section 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 7B, 8, 8A, 10, 10A, 11, 11A, 13 & 21 of the Act no. 8 of 1975 in respect of the areas acquired by HSIIDC for the purpose of development of industrial estates, with effect from the date of commencement of Act ibid i.e. 30th January, 1975.
