No. 17/16/99-1TCP.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 12C of the Punjab Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development Act, 1963 (Punjab Act No. 41 of 1963) read with Sub-rule (4) of Rule 130 of the Punjab Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development Rules 1965, the Governor of Haryana is pleased to appoint Justice (Retd.) Darshan Singh of Punjab and Haryana High Court as Chairman of the Tribunal, Haryana with immediate effect.
