संख्या 3244-3249.- चूंकि, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल की राय है कि नीचे दी गई अनुसूची के खाना 1 में विनिर्दिष्ट परातत्वीय स्थलों तथा अवषेषों तथा प्राचीन तथा ऐतिहासिक संस्मारको का पंजाब प्राचीन तथा ऐतिहासिक संस्मारक तथा पुरातत्वीक स्थल तथा अवषेष अधिनियम, 1964 (1964 का पंजाब अधिनियम 20) के अधीन संरक्षण अपेक्षित है ;
इसलिए, अब पंजाब प्राचीन तथा ऐतिहासिक संस्मारक तथा पुरातत्वीय स्थल तथा अवषेष अधिनियम 1964 (1964 का पंजाब अधिनियम 20), की धारा 4 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, नीचे दी गई अनुसूची के खाना 1 में विनिर्दिष्ट प्राचीन तथा ऐतिहासिक संस्मारक को संरक्षित संस्मारक के रूप में तथा उक्त अनुसूची के खाना 1,2,3,4,5 तथा 6 में विनिर्दिष्ट पुरातत्वीय स्थलों और अवषेषों को संरक्षित क्षेत्र के रूप में घोषित करने का प्रस्ताव करते हैं।
इसके द्वारा नोटिस दिया जाता है कि इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाषन की तिथि से दो मास की अवधि की समाप्ति पर या उसके पश्चात सरकार ऐसे आक्षेपों या सुझावोें, यदि कोई हो, सहित, जो अपर मुख्य सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, पुरातत्व तथा संग्रहालय विभाग, चण्डीगढ़ द्वारा, प्रस्ताव के सम्बन्ध में किसी व्यक्ति से इस प्रकार विनिर्दिष्ट अवधि की समाप्ति से पूर्व प्राप्त किए जाये, विचार करेगीः-

| लौहारू किला | लौहारू किला | भिवानी | भिवानी | 725 727 728 729 | कनाल - मरला 64 - 18 | हरियाणा सरकार | लौहारू किला ठाकुर अर्जुन सिंह द्वारा वर्ष 1570 ई० में बनाया गया था। राव शेखा ने मूल रूप में शेखावती को 33 ठिकनों में विभाजित किया था, जिनमें लौहारू किला 33 वां था। यह तब एक छोटा सा गांव था जो एक कच्चा तथा मिट्टी का किला था और 1800 ई० तक ऐसा रहा। निर्माण के वर्षो ं में लौहारू किला वास्तूकला का एक दिलचस्प मिश्रण था। किले के दक्षिण हिस्से में दीवान-ए-खास और शीषमहल के दर्षन कक्ष शामिल है जिनमें मुगल राजपूत शैली का विवरण है। दक्षिण हिस्से के केन्द्रीय भाग में एक बड़ा विक्टोरियन शैली का सभागार और भोज कक्ष शामिल था। दक्षिण हिस्से के दाहिने तरफ रसोईघर सहित जनाना महल शामिल था। दक्षिण हिस्से के बाएं तरफ पूरी तरह से मुगल वास्तुकला का प्रयोग किया गया था। पूर्वी हिस्स दिल्ली हवेली शैली में निर्मित किया गया था। |

Notification
The 20th August, 2018
No. 3244-3249.— Whereas, the Governor of Haryana is of the opinion that archaeological sites and remains and ancient and historical monuments specified in column 1 of the Schedule given below requires protection under the Punjab Ancient and Historical Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Act, 1964 (Punjab Act 20 of 1964);
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Punjab Ancient and Historical Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Act, 1964 (Punjab Act 20 of 1964), the Governor of Haryana hereby proposes to declare the ancient and historical monuments specified in column 1 of Schedule given below, to be protected monuments and the archaeological sites and remains specified in columns 1,2,3,4,5 and 6 of said Schedule to be protected area.
Notice is hereby given that the proposal shall be taken into consideration by the Government on or after the expiry of a period of two months from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, together with objections orHARYANA GOVT. GAZ., SEPT. 4, 2018 (BHDR. 13, 1940 SAKA) [PART I 1678 suggestions, if any, which may be received by the Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Haryana, Archaeology and Museums Department, Chandigarh from any person with respect to the proposal before the expiry of the period so specified:-

| Loharu Fort | Loharu Fort | Bhiwani | Bhiwani | 725 727 728 729 | Kanal-Marla 64 - 18 | Government of Haryana | Loharu Fort was built in the year 1570 CE by Thakur Arjun Singh. Rao Shekha had originally divided Shekawati into 33 thikanas, of which Loharu Fort was 33rd. It was then a small village with a kuccha, a mud fort, and stayed as such until 1800 A.D. Over the years of the constructions Loharu Fort came to include an interesting bland of architecture. The south wing of the fort contained the Diwan-e-Khas and the Sheesh Mahal or The Room of Mirrors, which has the Mughal/Rajput style detail. The central part of the south-wing contained a large Victorian style audience chamber and banquet hall. The right side of the south-wing consisted of the Zanana Mahal along with the kitchens. The left side of the south- wing was purely Mughal architecture. The east-wing was executed in the Dehli Haveli style. |
