संख्या 46/8/2018 सि.कार्य.— भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राजयपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा सिंचाई विभाग सर्कल लिपिकीय (ग्रुप ग) सेवा नियम, 1982, को आगे संषोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्ः-
1. ये नियम हरियाणा सिंचाई विभाग सर्कल लिपिकीय (ग्रुप ग) सेवा (संषोधन) नियम, 2018 कहे जा सकते हैं। 2. हरियाणा सिंचाई विभाग सर्कल लिपिकीय (ग्रुप ग) सेवा नियम, 1982 में, नियम 5 में, "तीस वर्ष" शब्दों के स्थान पर, "बयालीस वर्ष" शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किये जाएंगे।

No. 46/8/2018-3IW.— In exercise of the powers conferred under the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Irrigation Department, Circle Clerical (Group C) Service Rules, 1982, namely:-
1. These rules may be called the Haryana Irrigation Department, Circle Clerical (Group C), Service (Amendment) Rules, 2018.
2. In the Haryana Irrigation Department, Circle Clerical (Group C) Service Rules, 1982, in rule 5, for the word "thirty", the words and sign "forty-two" the shall be substituted.
