संख्या 18/180/2018-3क1.— हरियाणा नगर निगम अधिनियम, 1994 (1994 का अधिनियम 16) की धारा-6 व 11 की उप-धारा (ंं1), (2), (3) व (4) तथा हरियाणा नगर निगम वार्ड परिसीमन नियमावली, 1994 के नियम-3 मेें अन्तर्विष्ट उपबन्धों के अनुसार, प्रदान की गई षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा हरियाणा सरकार, षहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग द्वारा इस सम्बन्ध पूर्व में जारी सभी अधिसूचनाओं के अधिक्रमण में, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में वर्णित नगर निगम, सोनीपत के आम चुनावों के प्रयोजन के लिए सीटों/वार्डाें की संख्या का पुनः निर्धारण वर्ष, 2011 की जनगणना के आंकड़ों के आधार पर निम्नानुसर नियत करते हैंः-

No. 18/180/2018-3C1.— In pursuance of the provisions contained in Section-6, sub-sections (1), (2), (3) and (4) of section-11 of the Haryana Municipal Corporation Act, 1994 (Act 16 of 1994) and Rule–3 of the Haryana Municipal Corporation Delimitation of Wards Rules, 1994 and in supersession of all previous notifications issued in this behalf by the Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department, the Governor of Haryana hereby re-fixes the number of seats/wards for the Municipal Corporation, Sonepat as shown in the schedule given below for the purpose of general elections in the light of Census figures of 2011 :-
