दिनांक 29 अगस्त, 2018
संख्या 1150- कृषि अनु० (1)-2018/13247.- हरियाणा कृषि उपज मण्डी अधिनियम, 1961 ( 1961 का 23 ) , की धारा 12 की उपधारा (5) के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , हरियणा के राज्यपाल , इसके द्वारा , जब तक ऐसी समिति गठित नहीं की जाती है तथा इसके अध्यक्ष तथा उपाध्यक्ष नामनिर्दिष्ट नहीं किये जाते हैं, तब तक उपमण्डल अधिकारी (नागरिक) कैथल को मण्डी समिति , राजौन्द , जिला कैथल की शक्तियों का प्रयोग तथा कृत्यों का पालन करने के लिए नियुक्त करते हैं ।

No. 1150 -Agri Sec . (1 ) -2018/13247 . In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to Sub- section (5) of Section 12 of the Haryana Agricultural Produce Markets Act , 1961 (23 of 1961 ) , the Governor of Haryana hereby appoints the Sub - Divisional Officer ( Civil) , Kaithal to exercise the powers and perform the functions of Market Committee, Rajound , District Kaithal , till such committee is constituted and its Chairman and Vice - chairman are nominated .
