Subject: Corrigendum of the Notification Procedure for admission to BAMS/BHMS in all Government /Government Aided/Private BAMS /BHMS Institutes of the State of Haryana and UT Chandigarh for academic Session 2018-19.

The Governor of Haryana is pleased to notify the following corrigendum in the Government Notification issued vide No. 1/21/2018-1HB-II, dated 30.07.2018 consequent upon some Judgments of Hon'ble Punjab & Haryana High Court, Chandigarh and due to other situations and circumstances :-

Corrigendum No.1. Correction in the seat matrix of Shri Krishna Govt. Ayurvedic College Kurukshetra.

* 2 seats in NRI category has been allotted from all India Category seats.

Corrigendum No.2. Counseling of 2 seats for girls of Khanpur Kalan & 1 Seat for Bhainswal Kalan, in MSM Mahilla Institute of Ayurveda, Khanpur (Sonipat) and one seat of Central nominee.

At Annexure 'A' the seat matrix of MSM Mahilla Institute of Ayurveda, Khanpur Kalan, Sonipat may be

* Counseling for first 3 seats (2 seats reserved for girls of Khanpur Kalan & 1 seat reserved for resident of Bhainswal Kalan would be conducted by Shri Krishna AYUSH University Kurukshetra online through HKCL web portal.

** For 01 seat reserved for Central Nominee of Andaman & Nicobar Govt. necessary procedure would be done by Shri Krishna AYUSH University Kurukshetra; at its own level by inviting name of nominated candidate from Andaman & Nicobar Govt as per guideline issued by Govt. of India Department of AYUSH.

Corrigendum No. 3. Further Sub-classification of Backward Classes for benefit of reservation in services and admission in educational institutions.

The point no. 11 sub point 'f' may be read as under: -

f. List of Backward classes notified by the State Govt. is available at Annexure X and also circular No. 1170-SW (1)-95 dated 7.6.95 for excluding socially advanced persons/sections (creamy layer) from Backward Classes is available at Annexure –XI and clarification regarding issuance of certificate to Haryana Backward Classes given by the Haryana Govt. vide Letter No. 22.36/2000-3G.S. III dated 9th August 2000 is at Annexure-XII. The children of persons of Backward Classes having gross annual income up to Six Lakh rupees will get benefits of reservation in services and admission to educational institutions. The sections of Backward Classes, earning above six lakh rupees per annum shall be considered as creamy layer under section 5 of Haryana Backward Classes (Reservation in services and Admission in Educational Institution Act , 2016 (15 of 2016 ). Annexure- XIII may 1 be considered as withdrawn.

Corrigendum No.4. Seat Matrix of Shri Dhanwantry Ayurvedic College & Hospital, Sector 46-B, Chandigarh.

At Annexure 'C' the seat Matrix of Shri Dhanwantry Ayurvedic College & Hospital, Chandigarh may be read as under:-

Corrigendum No.5. Counselling of 1 seat of central nominee of Tripura Government in BAMS course at Gaur Brahman Ayurvedic College and Hospital, Rohtak (Haryana).

At Annexure B 'Note' with ** now be read as under:-

For remaining 01 seat (Central Nominee of Tripura Govt.) necessary procedure would be done by Shri Krishna AYUSH University, Kurukshetra at its own level by inviting name of nominated candidate from Tripura Government as per guideline issued by Govt. of India, Department of AYUSH.
