संख्या सी.सी.पी. (एन.सी.आर.)/नूंह/सी.ए/2018/2905.- पंजाब अनुसूचित सड़क तथा नियन्त्रित क्षेत्र अनियमित विकास निर्बन्धन अधिनियम, 1963 (1963 का पंजाब अधिनियम 41), की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा सरकार, नगर तथा ग्राम आयोजना विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या-9123-10 डी.टी.-81/14290, दिनांक 02 सितम्बर, 1981 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात्ः-

हरियाणा सरकार, नगर तथा ग्राम आयोजना विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या-9123-10 डी.टी.-81/14290, दिनांक 02 सितम्बर, 1981 में, अनुबन्ध में, विद्यमान चौथा पैरा के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित पैरा प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात् :-
"पष्चिम : बिन्दु 'एन' से प्रारम्भ करते हुए उत्तर की ओर गांव नलहार (हदबस्त संख्या 113) की राजस्व आयत संख्या 71, 68, 61, 56, 49, 43, 36, 31, 22, 19, 11 और 7, गांव पालरी (हदबस्त संख्या 102) की राजस्व आयत संख्या 27, 24 15, 10 और 2 तथा गांव पाला (हदबस्त संख्या 101) की राजस्व आयत संख्या 71, 60, 51, 43, 34 और 25 की पष्चिमी सीमा के साथ- साथ जो कि गांव पाला की उतरी सीमा पर प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु है।"।

Notification
The 9th October, 2018
No. CCP(NCR)/NUH/CA/2018/2905.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Punjab Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development Act, 1963 (Punjab Act 41 of 1963), the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following amendments in the Haryana Government, Town and Country Planning Department, Notification No. 9123-10DT-81/14290, dated the 2nd September, 1981, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In the Haryana Government, Town and Country Planning Department, Notification No. 9123-10DT-81/ 14290, dated the 2nd September, 1981, in the Schedule, for the existing 4th para against head , the following para shall be substituted, namely:-
―West :– Starting from point „N" towards north along the western boundary of revenue rectangle No. 71, 68, 61, 56, 49, 43, 36, 31, 22, 19, 11, and 7 of village Nalhar (Hadbast Number 113), revenue rectangle No. 27, 24, 15, 10 and 2 of village Palri (Hadbast Number 102) and revenue rectangle No. 71, 60, 51, 43, 34 and 25 of village Palla (Hadbast Number 101) i.e. the point of start on the northern boundary of village of Palla."
