संख्या 18/60/2018-3क1.- हरियाणा नगर निगम अधिनियम, 1994 (1994 का अधिनियम 16) की धारा-4 की उपधारा (2), धारा-11 की उपधारा (1), (2), (3), (4), (7) व (8) व हरियाणा नगर निगम वार्ड परिसीमन नियमावली, 1977 के नियम-7 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुऐ हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्या 18/60/2018-3क1, दिनांक 16 जुलाई, 2018 के अनुसरण में तथा हरियाणा नगर निगम वार्ड परिसीमन नियमावली, 1994 के नियम-10 के उपबन्धों के अधीन हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा सदस्यों के प्रयोजन के लिए 22 वार्डाें में से नगर निगम, पानीपत की सीटें निम्नलिखित रूप से आबंटित करते हैंः-

26 वार्डों में से 05 वार्ड, वार्ड संख्या 02, 06, 07, 19 व 24 अनुसूचित जाति के लिये आरक्षित होगें, जिनमें से वार्ड संख्या 19 व 24 अनुसूचित जाति की महिला के लिये आरक्षित होेंगे, वार्ड संख्या 11 व 25 पिछड़े वर्ग के लिये आरक्षित होेंगे तथा वार्ड संख्या 01, 03, 09, 14, 15, 17 व 22 महिलाओं के लिये आरक्षित होंगे।

Notification

No. 18/60/2018-3C1.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (2) of Section-4, Sub-section (1), (2), (3), (4), (7) and (8) of Section-11 of the Haryana Municipal Corporation Act, 1994 (Act 16 of 1994) and Rule-7 of the Haryana Municipal Corporation Delimitation of Ward Rules, 1994, in continuation of the Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department Notification No. 18/60/2018-3C1, dated 16th July, 2018 and in pursuance of the provisions of Rule-10 of the Haryana Municipal Corporation Delimitation of Ward Rules, 1994, the Governor of Haryana hereby allots the seats of Municipal Corporation, Panipat amongst 26 wards for the purpose of election of members in the said Corporation as follows:–

Out of 26 wards, 05 viz. ward numbers 02, 06, 07, 19 and 24 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Scheduled Castes, out of which ward numbers 19 and 24 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Scheduled Castes Women, ward numbers 11 and 25 shall be reserved for members belonging to the Backward Classes and ward numbers 01, 03, 09, 14, 15, 17 and 22 shall be reserved for Women.
